Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Isabel Clifton & her team if you are wishing to market a property. Robin Gabriel

29th Oct 2024 (5 weeks ago)We chose to go with Winkworth because of Henry's knowledge of the £1m+ market in Farnham and his confidence that he could achieve the full asking price. We certainly didn't regret the decision and in fact sold our property prior to the wider launch on Rightmove (and for a higher price than that proposed by another premium national estate agent). Throughout the process Henry kept the momentum at every obstacle and retained his positive and enthusiastic outlook. I would have no hesitation in recommending Henry, Chelsea and his team at Winkworth Farnham.

5th Nov 2024 (29 days ago)We all know that moving home is one of life's stressors. I found the team at Lang selling my house very helpful and communication was great. I also viewed some properties with Lang and received the same service. Questions and queries answered promptly and calls returned without fault. This all made for considerably less stress on my part knowing that Lang were chasing things on my behalf when dates with solicitors started to be discussed. I would recommend the team at Lang and would use them in the future. Thank you very much Plymstock team *****- 31st Oct 2024 (5 weeks ago)My boyfriend and I are currently in the process of property searching as first time buyers and Connells have been great! Olivia has been super helpful when it comes to arranging viewing times that work for us and keeping us up to date if any other properties that match what we’re looking for come on the market. We have viewed a fair few different properties with multiple different estate agents both in England & Wales and have sometimes felt quite rushed in the past and a bit awkward like they wanna get you in & out as soon as possible but with Connells, we never feel that. Harrison has shown us a few different properties on different days and he’s great! He talks us through all the features of the properties, will thoroughly answer any questions we have about the properties and buying process, doesn’t rush us, gives us a chance to take a second look and makes the whole process just really chilled & stress free almost as if you’re viewing the properties with a mate. We’ve also seen a couple mortgage advisors both in England & Wales but hands down Rob is the best and someone who we’ll definitely be sticking with! We walked out of our first mortgage advisor meeting, looked at each other and both went “wow, he’s great, he genuinely cares” and it’s clear to see he really does care about helping his clients out to get them the best rates he can and to make the whole process as smooth as possible keeping us up to date throughout if possible lenders change etc. He’s extremely knowledgeable & informative when explaining everything from the rates to the process from start to end to ensure you know what is going on. No question is too big or small. Whether you’re a first time buyer or not, we’d recommend going with Connells Torquay to make the stressful property buying process much smoother all round! ??

Everyone was really on the ball but also friendly and you feel they really care about what they are doing for you. 2nd Nov 2024 (5 weeks ago)Thank you to OLIVIA today who was very polite, anything that she was unsure of was noted down to find out (shared access path), respectful to us as viewers of the property but equally for the owners in terms of us taking our shoes off. Olivia showed us EVERYTHING from the access at the front to the parking around the back and even waited out in the cold for us to arrive, just in case we were unsure of the exact property as it was in a tucked away location. A BRILLIANT viewing on behalf of the owners and Chamberlains! Thank you again :)

31st Aug 2024 (14 weeks ago)First of all, when they got deposit money they never ring you back .they just making money on the holding fee for your reference check. They waste your time ,money and just give you headache. If there's is option of giving zero 0 star rating I would give that. Ridiculous people working over there they never rcv ur call. And after holding money they still viewing that property to other people. Scammers just making haram money.

11th Jun 2024 (25 weeks ago)The Pilkington sales agent was very enthusiastic and confident and the outcome was that they achieved their valuation. However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.
