Jane and Mark were especially good at keeping us updated and helping us work through any issues along the way. Will be using them again, and will always value their opinion/thoughts on anything house or market related.

7th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

They stood out from the first initial consultation, when Henry listened to us and answered our questions rather than giving us a sales pitch. They are all warm, friendly, professional and responsive. They have maintained regular and frequent contact throughout which has been especially helpful during the challenging times! When we weren't getting answers from our buyer's solicitors they were always on hand to chase and provide updates. I wholeheartedly recommend Winkworth Sales and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

20th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)The sale is still ongoing and Exchange and Completion are far from certain as the prospective buyer is having delaying problems with the sale of their own property. If nothing happens soon. I may have to discuss with Connells whether they should find another buyer. No deposit has been paid so I don’t really know if the buyer is fully committed to wanting to buy the bungalow, or not.

Communication from Nest was top notch all the way through the sale, which at times was very frustrating due to sub par legal support....They remained very professional throughout with candid updates without the fluff. Everyone in the chain was kept up to date with cause of delay and next steps. My family have used them a few times now and cannot fault the dedication and service.....

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

24th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Exceptional service from Coast and country. They soon secured a sale within a volatile market. Viewings were always attended with knowledgeable staff with good sales experience and all had previously acquainted themselves with the property, a key element in my opinion when selling, unlike the previous "big name" agent that sent clueless people that didn't even know which room they were in and having to look at the brochure. We were kept updated by Callum throughout the process and found him to very professional and courteous. Well done ??????

12th Nov 2025 (25 weeks ago)I cannot express how helpful Sean and the team have been. Totally professional and keen and willing to go above and beyond. And with a genuine smile. They are genuinely happy to be able to help. We bought a house through Fulfords a while back and Sean and the team have been part of the story ever since. The aftercare provided has been brilliant. Our relationship continues long after we got the keys. We have had a little property related issue that we needed some help with. I walked into the office a bit worried. Sean saw my face and smiled when he saw me, sat me down and offered me a cup of tea. He then listened carefully to the problem, and even though it was nothing to do with him, he smiled again and said ‘leave that with me.’ I walked out reassured and smiling. A few hours later Sean phoned me and said, ‘it’s all sorted.’ ???? The on going relationship we have with Sean, his team and the company as a whole is such a nice one, it feels like I’ve made a friend.????
