7th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I am very pleased with the service I received from Amanda and the team in William H Brown Wibsey. Amanda is always very responsive and highly professional at all times. She is always very calm and understanding even when things go pear-shaped. I had the initial buyer step back quite late in the sales process and Amanda found a replacement buyer quite quickly. She was really proactive and liaised between the eventual buyer, me, and the solicitors very well (the buyer’s solicitor was a challenge as she stayed in first gear right until completion). Amanda is a star and I thoroughly recommend contacting her for property sales in the Bradford area.

7th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

19th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)Nice, knowledgeable, proactive people. They found the initial (abortive) buyer within a week, with a similar timescale for the eventual buyer. Winkworth were helpful at every stage of the process and particularly so in the advanced stages when the chain was in danger of collapsing. It became a complicated process due to factors beyond their control and they did their utmost to navigate that. We wouldn't have got our sale over the line without Henry's determination and problem-solving.
13th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)I have been renting for the past 15 years and have always had a really positive experience with every landlord…until Fullfords. I also have the pleasure of working with landlords and letting agencies in my professional life too, most are incredible and very knowledgeable and fair. Unfortunately, my entire experience from start to finish with Fullfords and Country Wide lettings has been horrendous. I understand how competitive the rental market is, but if you can find a property with an alternative landlord, please do so!

Also don’t care about the type of people they show round your rental properties, total lack of care for landlords. Would not recommend.

She knew exactly what she was talking about and very helpful and informative with the information! Helped me to put a plan in place, to get myself to the stage where I am ready to apply for an agreement in principle! Nothing better than dealing with a person face to face! Thank you Elizabeth!

We found Jessica MacDonald very professional and friendly and the fact we chose another estate agent was no reflection on her whatsoever. She explained Fulfords services very well, she was very respectful of our home and put us at ease. She supplied good written information to help us make a decision following her visit.

They made everything easy and the whole process was hassle free They rented my house out within 5 days and I have some excellent tenants !! I would highly recommend

Their service was very professional and they were also very accommodating in arranging short-notice second viewings. Throughout the process, they have very much worked for us to get us to completion, proactively engaging with others in the chain. A big thank you to Nancy in particular - she was very tenacious and nothing was to much trouble.

We had our offer within 5 days thanks to Andy’s wonderful photos and they were so quick to respond to questions and help along the way. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough and wouldn’t use anyone else to sell our home in future.
2nd Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)Friendly and helpful office and despite my constant requests for repeat viewings for contractors to measure up they were always happy to accommodate. Do avoid the companies attached solicitors though, they are dreadfully slow.
10th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)I had no doubt even from the market appraisal stage that we had chosen the right agent to work on our behalf. The valuation of our property by Russell was spot on and the viewing feedback was given to us promptly. We were kept up to date with the sales progression by Yvonne and felt confident all the way through with how things were going. I can not recommend the team at Frazer Wheeler in Dawlish enough.
12th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Taylor's seemed to be ok at first but I feel they messy about quite a lot when it comes to houses. I appreciate they need to make money and commission but twice I entered bids on a house which the estate agents said they should take then they ring me saying they have gone with someone else because of the deposit which I'm confused by as that doesn't affect getting the mortgage. I already have a deposit etc. feel like I've been messed about. I personally won't be using these guys for my next house/ mortgage as I don't feel it's been 100% professional but that's not to say it's all bad they done well for others.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

5th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I strongly advise any prospective buyers or sellers to avoid Coast and Country. We purchased a property marketed as a 5-bedroom home, only to discover it was actually a 3-bedroom house with a loft conversion. This level of dishonesty and the blatant misinterpretation of the property’s true layout has resulted in a substantial financial loss and an immense amount of stress. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such a lack of integrity in a professional estate agency. Please exercise extreme caution and look elsewhere to avoid the same experience.
