16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

15th Nov 2025 (25 weeks ago)They got the value wrong. They valued it higher than it should have been which could have resulted in lost sales. Their communication was good, but didn't always come back to me with answers to my queries. Their description of property lacked "punch".

21st Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Disclaimer: We were looking for a commercial lease and did not proceed however we were impressed with the service and communication from Thomas. We cannot report on the experience after this point. We were interested in a property in Truro and had Thomas Hewitt show us around. He arrived promptly and was respectful. He gave us clear updates each step of the way after the viewing up until the heads of terms. Unfortunately due to external circumstances we were unable to pursue the lease beyond this point, however we were impressed with such frequent updates from the agent even if it's to say when I can expect a response to the questions we asked. Thank you for your time, hopefully we can be back in the future with our financials in order.

Learnt after the property was sold that she never contacted the first people who had put in an offer to give them chance to come back with an increased offer. Website should have been a warning not to list with her as its appalling. Not sure how she is still trading!

26th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)I have just had a building survey completed by Monk and Partners. It was very thorough and clear, with photos to illustrate the information. I found it very useful as a first time buyer. I also must highly recommend Charlotte Higgins who is incredibly helpful and a pleasure to communicate with. I hope that my purchase will be a forever home but, if I ever need to buy property again, I will definitely employ Monk and Partners for my survey.
