To get that phone call or email for updates or just to ask us how we were doing has meant so much. The most amazing part is the fact that Bedford's were not our Estate Agents, but further up the chain, that is true dedication to seeing the whole process through. 7th Dec 2024 (5 weeks ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.- 7th May 2024 (8 mo. ago)Thank you to the staff at Abbotts Stowmarket, Kayleigh, Sean, Joe and Jamie were all very helpful

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

Firstly they actually answered the phone in the evening and booked us a viewing for the following day when we were very keen to view a property! We received a lot of support all the way through our purchase from both Katie Mano-Lewis and Jeremy Montagu-Williams our sales progressor, for which we were very grateful. They are a warm, friendly and professional team who do all they can to help people through the stressful process of property purchase.
22nd Nov 2024 (7 weeks ago)The consultation visit was thorough and very helpful although the valuation given was conservative. Viewing visits were booked by phone and confirmed by email with viewers names and feedback was usually provided from the agents within 48 hrs after viewing. Timing of placing the house on the market was unfortunately less than optimal for many reasons so we agreed to remove the property from the market. It was agreed to review the situation next year.
