25th Feb 2019 (7 years ago)I have tried to rent through them two years ago and they were useless. I thought to give them a second chance and still the same. Rude if you call the office, slow response or not response at all if you email enquiring a property.

12th May 2026 (16 days ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.

28th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)This property agency is the worst one I have ever seen. They stole our £1300 deposit for showing some fake excuses. Not only that, they forced us to pay for that month’s rent also when we left whereas we stayed that property for only 10days of the whole month. They are thieves and utterly fraud special. When I called them for my deposit money they told me a big lie which was unbelievable and unacceptable. All the staffs are in the same family and that’s why they can scam people very easily. I heard lot of bad things about them but didn’t pay attention. Because I had been living there almost 15years with my husband and 4 children but never put them in trouble. We could have gone for complain about the broken house what we found at the beginning. But we accepted every single odds of their poor service. But at the end they showed their dirty faces to us. They are just thieves in one word. So don’t go to them otherwise you’ll also cry for your loss like me .???????????????????????????? Tanzira.
24th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)They took money to rent the house and didnd give You at the end of Your contract. When is free letting. Raj there guy has seem very very unfair did not repair or check tab leaking, wardrobs kitchen floors. He lives in near by.

I was extremely pleased with the support Helen provided me with the sale of my bungalow and she gave me good advice throughout the process. She was calm, determined and professional. Helen organised the staging and photography of the property to maximise all its potential. The property had many viewings and Helen followed up all viewings to ensure everyone had appreciated its unique features. I was kept fully informed of feedback from buyers. Despite my chain failing twice she remained supportive and encouraging. Even when Helen went on holiday she kept in touch with me making sure l was always fully informed on how things were proceeding. She liaised with the other estate agents to ensure good progress was made by all parties. In the final weeks she kept me calm and reassured. I have no hesitation in recommending Elite Homes.

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.
15th May 2026 (13 days ago)I recently purchased a flat via Smooth Move and I have to say the service they provided was excellent, Lisa was amazing, she kept me up to date with all issues and progress, and was a massive help and support to me though the whole process. When she was off for a couple of days her workload was covered and I wasn't left to wait for a response, which was great. I recommend Smooth Moves if you are looking to sell/rent/buy a property ??????

28th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Appalling ‘service’. Called FIVE times about a flat to rent in Shoteditch and they never called back. Last time I called the man was shouting down the phone. If you’re a landlord don’t list with them bc they don’t bother following up on tenants. Shoddy and unprofessional
