The lettings team Sian, Coral, Lisa, have looked after one our our properties for a number of Years and there service is second to none, nothing was too much trouble helping us get set up as landlords to dealing with tenants, taught us alot. Then we came to sell both our rented properties which the sales team assisted tremendously, Michelle, Summer, Tina, Daisy and Paul helped us with the process of both properties, thank you both Lettings and Sales team, your efforts and help were dreadfully appreciated.

They were always at the end of the phone for any query and dealt with our house sale with sensitivity and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Strutt and Parker.

27th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)We requested a valuation. The person who came to visit our property was despondent and showed no interest what so ever in our questions. We were given no information on how the estate agency works the fees. Just a pamphlet show similar properties sold in our area. These were from other estate agents, so the moment they left I arranged for them to visit. Already had fabulous service and communication from the other estate agencies. Awful. Would not want them selling my property. Total lack of enthusiasm and information.

They have been so patient with us, more than accommodating and fitting us in such late notice for a viewing which I really appreciated! I would recommend to both buyers and sellers. They are genuinely lovely people! Thank you both again for everything!
5th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Poor experience especially from Dee. No communication at all to us, and informed us Landlord is happy with us, told us everything is okay then providing us false hope. Keep in mind this is something you must stay transparent with… especially with an asset such as a house, but we were told lies and lies which gave us false hope as mentioned. Dee did not keep us updated, told us numerous different stories, does not have basic interpersonal and communication skills, not sure how he is the manager to be honest. He may have provided other customers good experience but for me and my mum, definitely not. Full of false promises and lies.
7th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very poor and unprofessional experience. I had two separate appointments booked - Friday and today (Monday) - with a confirmed reservation and a confirmation message. No one showed up on either day and no one called to inform me they weren't coming. When I called to ask, I was simply told they "forgot". Complete lack of respect for the customer's time. I would not recommend this company.
19th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Initial sale was quick but it stalled for months, mainly due to solicitors lacking focus on both sides. However, Butler & Stag provide the services of a Sales Progressor (Martine, who coordinates progress between all parties. We’re pretty convinced that without her frequent interventions we would still be wallowing in a mire of inefficiency. Well done to Martine for finally getting it across the line
