7th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)They artificially inflate reviews after each negative review, so be careful. Blocked access and unprofessional conduct; jeopardising our property purchase. We are currently in the process of purchasing a new home through Reeds Rains (acting for The New Homes Group) and, unfortunately, the experience has been quite challenging as we approach our March 31st exchange deadline. While we are committed to the purchase, we have encountered significant hurdles in completing basic due diligence. We have been trying to arrange a follow-up viewing for three weeks to take measurements and see parts of the property we haven't yet accessed, such as the backyard and the garage. Our main concerns include: Surveyor Access: It was disappointing that our surveyor was unable to inspect the garage because the representative on-site did not have the keys. Scheduling Issues: We waited two weeks for a Saturday appointment to accommodate the agency's schedule, only for a "calendar glitch" to result in a no-show while we were at the property. Lack of Prioritisation: Despite an apology and a promise that we would be prioritised for the following weekend, we have now been told those slots are full. As we work during the week, Saturday is our only option, a fact we made clear from the start. We simply want to view the property we are buying, take measurements for furniture, and ensure the unseen parts of property are in order. It is frustrating to feel that our purchase is being delayed by scheduling errors, especially when we are so close to exchanging contracts. We would have expected a more proactive approach to resolve these access issues, given the circumstances. Avoid Reeds Rain, specially if you are buying/renting in NE15, they only care till the point you are a prospect, once you convert then they don't prioritise you.

3rd Nov 2025 (26 weeks ago)We’ve used Sanderson Young to provide tenant find and marketing services for our rental property for over 10 years and we’ve found them to be fantastic. Gail McLean has always been our contact there, and she is wonderful; approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Gail and the Sanderson Young team have ensured that our property has been let quickly and to high quality tenants every time. Highly recommend (thanks Gail!)
22nd Apr 2026 (9 days ago)If the devil reincarnated into a business it would be Mike Rogerson, I don’t know if they have purposely treated us like scum on the bottom of their shoe because we’re young and they’re prejudice or if it’s because they lack very simply empathy and competence. We move in August last year and the property we met with was poor standard, marks on walls, unclean, items left in storage cupboards and the worst of all mould. Under the sink and washing machine was grim completely decayed and riddle with mould, took two month to resolve and they told us to just buy washing machine cleaner, in December the mould returned to new levels, our bedroom, hall way, doors, kitchen and bathroom were covered and constantly dripping with condensation despite having windows open in the depth of winter and having a dehumidifier constantly turned on and wiping windows constantly, we reported in December and to this day has not been resolved, which comes to no shock as they have evicted us with legal minimum notice as the landlord selling the property despite it being on the market for 6 months and still up for sale, which is no surprise when the house is in the state it is, despite reporting it and an agent seeing it in February along with other issues, upon departure we’ve been told, as u can guess correctly, the house is dirty, in an unfit state, items lefts behind, problems not reported. So as we suspected it’s our fault, we’re the problem and they’re trying to with hold our deposit which we desperately need as were essentially homeless. Not enough words in the English dictionary to describe this deplorable waste of an institution. Especially Sharon, Sharon you have the emotionally capacity of a teaspoon and I think that’s too generous. Avoid at all costs

1st Apr 2026 (30 days ago)Moov’d recently sold our apartment for us and we couldn’t believe how easy and stress free the whole process was. This was because from the initial inquiry to the final phone call informing us that the sale money was heading to our bank account, everything was handled by Grant and his team. Initially Grant visited us to take photos of the apartment, we agreed a sale price, he then produced the description of our apartment for the advertisement, arranged viewings and gave us feedback from prospective buyers and then when the sale was agreed we filled in a few forms and the money was in our bank! It was a pleasure to work with Grant and his team and we would highly recommend Moov’d to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thanks to all.

Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

They both provided excellent recommendations on how to best sell the property, from landscaping to staging etc. Clear and consistent communication, ensuring I was always in the loop on how things were progressing, and were successful in selling the property.
