24th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Jason and the team at Harbor property highly enough. We have worked with Jason a few times over the years and most recently he sold our family home as well as an investment property on our behalf.<br>From a sellers point of view, Jason goes above and beyond to maximise your sale. He’s an expert in his field and is highly knowledgeable on current market conditions, he was able to advise us throughout the entire process. We gained an impressive 15% above home report and I believe this was down to Hadons knowledge and amazing negotiation skills.<br>The office staff at Harbor are incredible and work hard to market your property, follow on leads and are very professional with potential buyers. Everything ran like clockwork.<br>The media team were amazing and provided incredible marketing material, again they went above and beyond. They visited my property twice, daytime and at night to capture contrasting shots.<br><br>Selling houses is stressful but this team take the stress away, keep you informed and work hard to sell your property. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

They sold my property incredibly quickly, helped me achieve the best possible price, and supported me throughout the entire selling process.<br><br>What really stands out about Countrywide is their customer service. Every member of the team was kind, professional, efficient, and always willing to help. As someone with a disability, I especially appreciated how supportive, patient, and understanding they were. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier.<br><br>I would like to sincerely thank everyone who was involved in the sale of my flat. Please pass on my gratitude to the whole team. I am so happy that I chose Countrywide, and I would absolutely use them again if I ever need to buy or sell a property in the future.<br><br>If you’re thinking about choosing an estate agent, don’t hesitate. Choose Countrywide. I highly recommend them.
24th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I was a landlord for ten years and dealt with Slater Hogg throughout that period. My experience was consistently appalling. I felt overcharged at every opportunity and never believed they were acting in my interests as their client. Quite the opposite—it often felt as though they were working against me. I repeatedly received information that proved to be incorrect or misleading, which caused unnecessary frustration and completely destroyed my trust in the company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Slater Hogg to any landlord.
3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)This company’s signage is literally a red flag.<br><br>Take note - and if you know what’s good for you - run.<br><br>If you’re a prospective tenant, don’t just take my advice… read the pages and pages of reviews of this company from other people who have been put through hell by these people.<br><br>Junior lettings staff - who was given the responsibility by her management when she was 5 minutes in the door with zero experience to remotely manage a full electrical rewire of the flat I was due to move into, at the tail end of Covid. The electrics were malfunctioning, the walls were destroyed, the carpets were destroyed and every other general maintenance issue that was supposed to be taken care of before I moved in, she failed on. Then she went of a campaign of emotional manipulation in an attempt to wear me out when I was trying to have her take responsibility, admit fault and fix the damage. She didn’t admit fault. She didn’t apologise. She didn’t fix anything.<br><br>I fixed everything myself - walls, floors, kitchen units, fireplace. I spent thousands of pounds doing so.<br><br>I should also add that the flat was on the market with no valid electric safety certificate and only after it was advertised, had people view, and a deposit paid and a let agreed did this junior notice that the EICR certificate (and others) had expired.<br><br>Not only was there no proper due diligence on my move in, there was no proper due diligence when the previous tenants moved out.<br><br>Sloppy, at best.<br><br>Director of Property Management-. This vile excuse for a woman took no responsibility, never apologised, never picked up the phone, never fixed anything and threatened my tenancy.<br><br>head of customer service - this vile excuse for a man - never picked up the phone, mishandled my formal complaint, took absolutely no responsibility for the problems they had created, admitted no fault, harassed me in the process, never resolved anything, and gave me no option but to seek compensation via a tribunal.<br><br>The case had so many items to be heard that it took 3 hearing, over 2 years.<br><br>As soon as the case was over, DJ Alexander sent me a notice to leave - citing that the landlord wanted to move a family member in.<br><br>This was a lie. The flat was back on the market less than 4 weeks after I moved out, with one of their red flags in the front garden.<br><br>For those who have read this far - also take note that they have a boiler plate response on negative google reviews suggesting that we reach out to customer service with our complaints - trying to look like they care.<br><br>4 years of my life absolutely ruined by people who’s egos will not allow them so just say, sorry - I was wrong - let’s fix things.

My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.- 31st Aug 2026 (14 days ago)Had some repairs that needed doing and Jodi helped me out tremendously and clearly so I’m glad to have such an easy communication line to fix things quickly

Always quick to respond to any queries, gave very helpful advice and her knowledge on the local housing market was excellent. I had a very good offer on my property within 24 hours! Would not hesitate to recommend them.

They helped get a sale price beyond what I expected. Stuart and Alan are brilliant. Couldn’t recommend highly enough - there’s no other choice!

We filled the form in (my husband's work union offered this service) which we sent off and received an email back quickly to arrange a teams call with Jennifer then we got posted out drafts to sign and send back. We literally didn't need to do anything! Great service and very quick. Made a daunting subject a lot easier than we imagined. Thanks again! ??????

They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!
