29th May 2026 (15 days ago)From the moment we had our property valued we knew we wanted to go with Harbor. Jason was so friendly there was no hard sell just real genuine interest in helping us sell our property, which we hadn’t found with other estate agents. Throughout the process his communication was second to none and we always felt in the loop with what was happening, which just made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. When it came to selling, Jason exceeded my expectations of sale price by literally 10s of thousands. I couldn’t have asked for more when selling my first home! Would highly recommend!

8th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)I was a property store tenant who they have merged with, please stay away if you are considering letting a property from them. SHH doesn't want to know the issues I had with the property store, property store once again don't reply to emails to get important information they have from my tenancy. Their complaints procedure is awful, and the follow the landlords requests while knowing that the landlord is lying. Too many people dealing with one property so you don't know who to contact, if I could give them a zero I would. I would have expected more from SHH now they have merged with the property store. Landlords claiming for damages they repaired when they haven't, claiming they didn't give permission for things, when they did. Advice if you are already letting from them, keep everything! Follow up phone calls with emails, follow up visits with emails so that when your tenancy ends you have everything!

28th May 2026 (16 days ago)just now New My experience with DJ Alexander has been negative. I booked a flat viewing for a property and was then informed it was cancelled at short notice. I then got an email later that day saying a similar property is available but it was the same one. I queried this and was told it fell through so it’s available for a viewing again. I then booked another viewing only for to be cancelled an hour before again that it had been let. This was all communicated via automated emails. Not a great experience.
27th May 2026 (17 days ago)Pacitti Jones took care of everything for the sale of my property and made the whole experience easy. This was from the initial visit by Paul to discuss the process and then Lynne with the updates and next steps, overall the staff was really helpful throughout the sale.

11th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Don’t understand the criteria of application. My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.- 19th May 2026 (25 days ago)Thanks to Jodi Cullen from the Greenock branch in assisting with recent water damage to the property. Always quick to respond to any queries, gave very helpful advice and her knowledge on the local housing market was excellent. I had a very good offer on my property within 24 hours! Would not hesitate to recommend them.

They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!

They provided a professional but approachable and relaxed service with nothing being missed out especially when our first sale fell through it was straight back on the market with no complications. They were really quick to follow up with viewers and were just so easy to talk to and ask questions of. Selling can be stressful and they helped make the process as easy as possible. I also liked the portal they offered so I could see viewings come in as they were added to the system.

When we had a property to sell this year we didn’t even get another quote, her service, advice, attention and care are second to none. This time we also used the accompanied viewing service and were very impressed by Audrey. All in all a genuine 5 star experience
3rd Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Elevate were by far the best estate agents we dealt with during our house search. After speaking to and viewing properties with a number of different agents/agencies, the difference was genuinely night and day, I cannot stop telling anyone/everyone when we're on the subject. Everytime I seen a property I was interested in was posted by Elevate, I genuinely done a sigh of relief knowing they were the best to deal with! What I appreciated most was that there was no nonsense. Everyone we dealt with was so kind, honest, helpful and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home rather than just making a sale. Their advice was always useful and they were extremely professional throughout the entire process! The first person we met was Sharon and she was an absolute star from the start. She made such a great impression and was a massive breath of fresh air in the sea of mess that we were in! We then got to meet with Sophie who was fantastic! She has always been very helpful, quick to respond to emails and made everything feel much easier, again has been an absolute pleasure and made us feel very much valued as buyers! A special mention also has to go to Joanne, who was helping me reorganise our many viewings, even late on a Sunday evening she was helping me, that level of customer service is rare and it did not go unnoticed!! I have genuinely been blown away by the whole team and have already been recommending Elevate to friends, neighbours and family. Anyone thinking about buying or selling should give them a call without a doubt. When the time comes for us to sell, I already know exactly who we'll be using! Thank you all at Elevate for making what can be a stressful experience so much easier!!??????

It took a couple of years for us to find a house in the local area that met our requirements, so we got to experience the excellent service provided by the team at Nicola Kennedy Residential when viewing properties over that period. They were by far the most professional of all the companies we came across and they always found a way to fit us in, even when very limited options for viewing were available that we could attend. Since we wanted to have the best possible pool of potential purchasers for selling our house we decided to use Nicola Kennedy Residential. We were delighted with the service throughout the process. Our house sold very quickly and went to closing date with offer accepted in less than 2 weeks We were regularly kept up to date, including after we accepted an offer, which was very helpful since we ended up in a short chain. I would happily recommend Nicola Kennedy Residential for selling your property.
