We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service

We originally viewed the home last year but was not in a position to proceed, however after we sold our home early this year we found our dream home had still not sold and we were able to proceed! The whole process from start to finish was seamless with Lois being our main point of contact. As the home is an older property we needed lots of visits and surveys, but this was never an issue with King west (Lois) always being so accommodating! Lois and the team’s communication is just seamless and makes which is usually a stressful life event so easy. Thanks again to King West!

23rd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

22nd Nov 2022 (3 years ago)As a purchaser, dealing with all members of the T&C team in Stamford throughout the viewing, negotiating and pre-contract phases was a thoroughly professional experience. When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.
