Our application involved some challenges, particularly while we were trying to arrange a guarantor, but Mia remained patient and supportive throughout the entire process.She communicated with us consistently and kept us informed at every stage, which made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more manageable.<br><br>Mia was always approachable, professional and willing to answer our questions. She made sure we understood where we were with our application and kept us updated until everything was successfully completed.<br><br>When it came time to collect the keys, Mia continued to demonstrate the same level of professionalism and kindness. Chris, in particularly was very informative on different aspects of renting/tenants rights, fees etc. Really helpful to making a decision about moving. Now is not the right time but will definitely be looking at their website in around 4-5 months time. Restored faith in letting agents. Genuinely has a interest in working for the tenants as well as landlords
