After dealing with another local estate agent and having the most horrendous experience with them I thought it couldn’t be possible to find an honest, friendly and professional estate agent, well look no further and save yourselves the stress, heartache, money and disappointment, I so wish I had used Kirby Colletti in the first instance. Kirby Coletti have been outstanding, they were excellent in every way possible and are truly superior to any other estate agents that I have had any dealings with ?????????? We sold and purchased from them and they amazed us from day one, they exceeded all our expectations and kept us updated on every step of they way, they were always courteous, honest and professional. 29th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Phoned the branch to sell our house, told the sales team would call us, they didn’t. Waited 2 weeks, filled in an online form asking for a valuation. A week later still no contact. Needless to say won’t be bothering a third time.

3rd Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)While in the process of purchasing a property through Brown and Co, I encountered issues regarding the legality of the build on the land. As a result, I made the difficult decision to withdraw from the process. However, I was disappointed by the way Brown and Co handled the situation. Despite their own terms, they refused to sell my property and terminated the contract. I found their actions to be unprofessional and childish.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

We found every person who works at this branch to be professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We truly felt that they had our best interests at heart and executed a perfect sale within an excellent time frame. They should be held as a good example to other estate agents

17th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)May I take this opportunity to thank Emma Rose for your kind assistance during the sale of my property I was kept informed of every twist and turn during negotiations and advised,where necessary of what rights I had and valuable discussion on the best course to take, although I was in full control of the process. It was reassuring to have a professional property person acting on my behalf. Thank you again, should I ever consider moving again please feel free to shoot me, but if I did I would certainly contact you to act for me.

23rd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast. My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc. I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.

Linda Jackson has provided swift and efficient attention to any query I may have had and has carried out thorough inspections to ensure the fabric of the property is kept up to the required standards. I would willingly recommend Winkworth as a letting agent.
20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.

22nd Apr 2024 (11 days ago)We have just completed the sale of a property using Money Properties (Attleborough) and were extremely pleased with their service from start to finish. Excellent property details were provided by Money Properties following the initial meeting with Christian. A competitive agent’s fee was quickly agreed. After a number of viewings, arranged and attended by Money Properties, a prospective buyer was found and their offer accepted. Throughout the sale, the team at Money Properties (Elise, Susie and Sam) gave regular progress updates and chased up any actions as necessary. All our queries made by phone and email were quickly and effectively responded to. The sale completed last week (April 2024). We have no hesitation in recommending the services of Money Properties in Attleborough.
15th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)***Observe the reply , difficult to contest facts I guess ???? heavy focus on sellers with no thought for buyers hence the lack of any meaningful content in the reply . If you are a buyer steer clear *** Where to start ? I’ll keep it brief . Viewed a property , offered guide price. No mention of another buyer offering at the time, unlike most vendors who provide a response in a short amount of time the seller provided no response until two days later . Given my position I had executed on viewing more properties, I was called by Rebecca who was quite unprofessional and short on the phone regarding this, almost expecting to me to fully commit despite not hearing back . Outstanding ! The excuse given was that she was waiting for Minors and Brady to respond regarding solicitors but this was already outlined that they were proceeding and arranging . An hour later I accepted, this was early afternoon mind you . After getting excited and beginning to contact solicitors , mortgage advisor and my estate agent I receive a ……. Wait for it !!!! An email , not a phone call out of courtesy an email . A poor one at best with one line at 8 in the evening. Fantastic ! What a fabulously communicated message . The offer accepted was less than myself however they were first time buyers . My buyers were chain free/cash buyers but let’s not dwell too much on the reasoning but the execution . I followed up with email outlining my disappointment asking for why they deliberated only to accept then pull out . I received no feedback so instead I’ll leave this review and share this with others . Unfortunately this estate agent didn’t have a grip of her client , clearly an unpredictable individual only exacerbated by the poor delivery from the estate agent . Stay clear !
