9th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Absolutely terrible estate agents from a tenants perspective. They ignore all your emails until your tenancy renewal is due, at which point you’ll be sure to receive an email demanding more money for the rent if you wish to stay. This will be the only time you can expect any replies from them and even then it’s an uphill battle. Be warned.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

29th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)The only issue we had was the poor service from a 3rd party supplier to arrange for the photographs and floor plan, the latter was consistently wrong and ended with me having to take a floor plan into the office

7th Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Took my money, informed me that the flat is off the market and I am still chasing them up for the refund. After I posted a review on google, suddenly they had the time to finally call me back. Not to refund my money though, to ask me why I posted a bad review and still no answer on when I will get my £400 back! Scammers!

The whole process was conducted super efficiently with Saul Kara and Alexis Bennett with the utmost professionalism, great communication and timely updates throughout the process. Their commission fees are highly competitive and well earned from all the great work Alexander Property conduct on your behalf. As well as their extensive experience, geniune knowledge of the market, and being total professionals throughout the process, Matt, Hetal and Mary all have excellent people skills (rare in this business) and are brilliant to deal with. We have been with other agents in the area before and none even came close. They found us a great buyer in a difficult market and helped them and us at every stage. Can’t recommend highly enough! *****
9th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)One of the worst letting experiences I’ve had. Poor communication, emails ignored, phones often not answered, and only after days of chasing did we find out the landlord wouldn’t accept a guarantor, despite this being clear from the start. They completely wasted our time and money. - Update, in reponse to owner's comment: Terrible, misleading experience. From day one we clearly stated on the offer form that we needed a guarantor, and your agent Daniel explicitly told us this was fine. You then dragged things out for about a week from the last week of November, taking documents and running checks, only to suddenly claim at the end that “the landlord doesn’t accept a guarantor.” That guarantor requirement was on the original form you sent to the landlord, she accepted the offer on that basis, and I even asked again and you confirmed it was okay. Hiding behind “duty of care” after wasting our time and blocking us from renting elsewhere is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

29th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Pretty seamless purchase process with them. Viewings were quickly arranged, every question asked was answered, the entire process took much less than I anticipated. This agency is legit and Andrew, who I mostly dealt with, was a professional throughout.
4th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Pizza was like a DIY pizza one makes at home for the first time. Amateurish! The Pizzas were undercooked and both the pizzas were not sliced thoroughly. The doughs were too soft to separate pieces and they start to tear without keeping the pie shapes any more. The steam came through the bottom of the card board box and made the oily steam mess on the surface. The taste was not there, and, I don't believe the dough is freshly made but from the factory. I think the staff should go to their contender stores of the area and match the bake texture and cutting the slices. Delivery was fast arriving just under 35 min.
25th Feb 2020 (6 years ago)My first piece of advice to anyone renting with dendrow is do not expect them to uphold their end of the tenancy agreement. You will regularly be inundated with workers and inspections. On several occasions during my tenancy this happened without notice and without a real explanation of what was happening. As most of my housemates worked throughout the day, this did not prove to be much of an issue but please do keep note of these instances as when you come to vacating the property you will 100% need to open an official dispute. Dendrow attempted to decimate our deposit via ludicrous charges that were put through their own cleaning company. The flat was rented out in a pretty run down condition and returned in a better state but £700 for cleaning was deducted from our deposit. When we moved in there were broken pieces of furniture, broken fixtures - again not unusual for London but never before have I had an attempt of £1800 deposit deductions for the pleasure. The real stickler was a charge of almost £1000 for a carpet replacement for moth damage under a bed. When we opened this as an official dispute it turned out the invoice Dendrow had used and evidence of pest treatment was over 5 years old and falsified in terms of dimensions of the room in question. Perhaps an oversight but likely an attempt to plunder money from tenants. Some of the charges were laughable including £72 for the removal of a sign the size of a piece of A5 paper. (I appreciate this is a breach but an individual call out charge and commercial waste charge for something that could fit in the bins in the building seems disproportionate). The independent MyDeposit review was a life saver and I cannot thank them enough for protecting us from these dubious attempts to deduct from Dendrow. I urge you to note down times where they have broken the tenancy agreement as well as you will likely be able to win back vast swathes of the money. They will take a threatening tone with you but remember this is your own money. Better still avoid them like the plague but if you have already entered into a tenancy with them, please be vigilant.

As a first time seller, I was unsure of process and protocol but the ladies were there to advise me every step of the way. Dawn was brilliant with her sales advice and approach, which meant I was able to get the price I wanted. Claire gave so much support through the sales progression.
