Tenant foind within timescale suggested. Would thoroughly recommend them for landlords looking to rent their flat in Kensington/Chelsea area

28th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)A few things which we were promised which they didn’t deliver on, we went with this estate agent because they said they’d have multiple offices working on our property, but it ended up being just one office in a different area to where we were selling. We were there for some of the viewings and they didn’t know answers to basic questions which we know we had given them information for

He was so reassuring
Then i called jessica and informed i will take the property
She reassured me she will do all she can and she did

They might not be very visible at first but they did their best to resolve our major flat issues. We didn’t have any problems communicating with them and their lines are always open. Thank you very much!

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.
27th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had such a positive experience with MBL Estates. From viewing the flat right through to the two years we lived there, they were always so kind, helpful and responsive. They were always quick to sort out any issues whenever they arose, although thankfully there were very few.
They were also so flexible and supportive when we were moving out of the flat to buy our first home, which we really appreciated during what was quite a big transition for us.
A lovely family-run business and a pleasure to deal with - thanks so much to Grace and the team for all your support over the last couple of years!
9th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)One of the worst letting experiences I’ve had. Poor communication, emails ignored, phones often not answered, and only after days of chasing did we find out the landlord wouldn’t accept a guarantor, despite this being clear from the start. They completely wasted our time and money.
- Update, in reponse to owner's comment: Terrible, misleading experience. From day one we clearly stated on the offer form that we needed a guarantor, and your agent Daniel explicitly told us this was fine. You then dragged things out for about a week from the last week of November, taking documents and running checks, only to suddenly claim at the end that “the landlord doesn’t accept a guarantor.” That guarantor requirement was on the original form you sent to the landlord, she accepted the offer on that basis, and I even asked again and you confirmed it was okay. Hiding behind “duty of care” after wasting our time and blocking us from renting elsewhere is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

She was super friendly and helpful from our first meeting and from the way she interacted with the previous tenants I could tell we were in good hands. I honestly couldn't be happier with the whole experience and would recommend Alexanders to anyone looking for a new home. 10/10
