16th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)I recently assisted a friend in moving out of a London apartment she had rented through this agency. Unfortunately, our experience with the agency’s representative was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. My friend, who is currently outside the UK, had asked me to collect her remaining belongings and return the keys on her behalf. When we arrived simply to do this, the agent showed up and, in an almost assault-like manner, very aggressively yanked the keys out of my other friend’s hands. We were not refusing to hand them over at all — we were simply holding them because we were in the midst of packing up her things. This was an unnecessarily physical and intimidating act that felt entirely out of line. The agent behaved rudely and treated us as if we were second-class citizens, even though we were only there to help peacefully resolve the situation on behalf of someone who couldn’t be present herself. At no point did we cause any disturbance; we were simply doing what was asked of us. It is completely unacceptable for a business representative to use physical aggression or intimidation in any circumstance. We do understand that the agency may have had prior problems with our friend — the tenant who is currently not in the UK. However, we were not her, and we had nothing to do with any prior disputes. The disrespect and aggression we were shown were completely unnecessary and unprofessional. What’s more, the incident left my friend in tears, highlighting just how distressing and unwarranted the agent’s behavior was. No one should ever be made to feel unsafe or humiliated in a situation like this. One staff member’s actions reflect the entire business, and based on this encounter, it’s clear that no one should have to deal with an agency that treats people this way. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect is beyond disappointing, and I strongly caution others to stay away from this agency entirely.

2nd Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)Had a lovely experience with Knightsbridge estate agents, specifically Jessica Richard’s :) she was very accommodating during the search, showed me around a couple flats in the area and helped me find the perfect home for the duration of my studies in London, within walking distance to university and within my budget- on a very short notice. The process was quick from viewing to singing the lease and she helped me every step of the way. I’ve got no complaints.

Cameron was super responsive, supportive and helpful whenever we needed him. You hear all sorts of bad stories about landlords / agents - Cameron and Brown & Brooke buck that trend happily!

16th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)I moved into my flat in June and had a great experience with the sales agent, Kevin. I wasn't made aware at the time of move in though that the landlord doesn't actually use Chase Evans for repairs. I flagged that my shower head holder was broken and a safety hazard during my inspection on June 1st. It is now September 16th and I still have not been able to get someone to come repair it and the shower head has hit me on the head, leaving a bruise multiple times. The property manager, Andrew Karayiannis, and his manager Bethany are claiming they're doing all they can do but they rarely return my calls or follow through on what they say they're going to do and they're unable to get an appointment set. I have tried going through the landlord's person directly but he is unresponsive as well. This is by far the worst property management experience I've had in the UK and in the US. At the very least, make sure you understand if Chase Evans actually manages the property or just avoid altogether.

I would absolutely recommend working with Chloe if you are looking to work with an agent who will provide complete transparency into the letting process and reassurance that the flat will be looked after and well managed.
