17th Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)I rent a flat in Ruislip from Elliot and co. As I was new in the United Kingdom this was the first agency I saw and met but there services was terrible and the property was damaged from the start and now they are saying it's my fault and they took the whole deposit and even asking me and charging extra money from me....I would recommend never to visit this place.

25th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Flat wasn't clean on move - in date. Hairs in the sink, used cotton buds on the floor, and someone's filthy bed sheets still on a bed. Total disregard for tenants as we were told this is rentable condition. Bedroom 2: broken bed slats with another filthy mattress on top is in rentable condition according to the management at everstar properties. We were told the flat would be fully painted and someone just came around with a paint brush to touch up some marks. A totally unacceptable rental experience. We now have to wait a week for beds promised to be delivered on the move - in date of 03/12. No offer of compensation given for the inconvenience and broken promises. Not even an apology. We were treated as if we were stupid. No one should have to live in filth

Nothing was too much trouble and every part of the process was carried out with reassurance, kindness and patience. I cannot recommend them enough and am so deeply grateful for them making a deeply painful journey much lighter. The Wendover branch Claire Raven in particular have been great. They found me a buyer within 2 weeks and helped through a quite lengthy process of issues with the lease. Thank you to the team so glad we got there in the end. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Wye were relentless trying to tempt a buyer for our property. Yes we did have to drop our price a little, but that was the only way to sell! There were very few properties to look at, but Wye took on board our wish list, found the house (before it was even on the market) and even found a property for the vendor to complete the chain! We ended up in a very large chain, but Wye navigated us through with barely a hitch. Thank you very much Nicole, Ian and Sarah - Highly recommended!!
14th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Searching for houses for a long time first time when we visited the Northwood Highwycombe we were amazed by the service of Adam who registered us and showed us best options with milage distance to the town centre and he arranged us the first viewing and we were guided by the wonderful lady Kim she gave us the tour and explained briefly about the each and every corner of the house.we were very impressed she was well experienced professional agent and within one week time everything was arranged contracts,credit checks,payments and we moved in very fast and must mention Richard as well for guiding us with updates. service was extraordinary I really thankful for the whole team highly recommended and if I rate its 10/10

Amber has been amazing from viewing the property, to answering questions and to completing the sale. She is just simply amazing! I also had the pleasure of speaking with Sophie, another lovely lady who is happy to help at any time. I highly recommend Pike Smith & Kemp of Thame. 5* is not enough, they deserve more!

I appreciated her patience, transparency and going out of the way to ensure I was in safe hands. As someone who is foreign and renting for the first time, the assurance and clear communication were crucial for me. Brianna went far and beyond in her duty and I'm most grateful to have met and liaised with her. Would highly recommend her to many others! x
30th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I never normally write reviews but in this particular instance I thought Richard and Toni at Lowthers Estate agents fully deserve to be recognised for their tremendous efforts during the sale of my property. Upon completion we soon realised that we had been dealing with each other for approximately 12 months following 3 different buyers due to a range of different issues along with the ever changing dynamics of the housing market. However despite all this, Lowthers remained thoroughly professional, committed and adaptive with their approach throughout the entire process always making me feel up to date and comfortable. I honestly believe most agents would have given up but they remained confident with the task which ended with a great result. I will definitely be using Lowthers in the future when I decide to sell my next property and would recommend to anyone thinking of doing the same.

6th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)I was very lucky to have Addison Giles as my property agent, or should I say Natasha. She was extremely helpful from day one. After looking for multiple properties with other agents who would not even respond for take days, we had given hopes, but finally we managed to secure one with the help of Natasha at Addison Giles. She was very professional, helpful, easy to communicate and responsive . The entire process went very smooth and quick, which is what we were hoping for. Natasha made sure that the property was professionally cleaned and had everything ready beforehand so there was really not much we had to do. She even helped us suggest nearby free parking areas as the flat we rented did not have parking. She always made sure to return calls and answer all of our questions. Overall we had a five star experience with Addison Giles and Natasha and we would recommend their services to everyone. Thank you so much.
