I appreciated her patience, transparency and going out of the way to ensure I was in safe hands. As someone who is foreign and renting for the first time, the assurance and clear communication were crucial for me. 5th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Hope this feedback will help other buyers. We wanted to put offer for one of propertie and given all our personal details with financial avidance. However, one of manager didn't bother to reply us back after week. We have to contact the office and find out that, the property has been accepted offer from others buyer. Personally I feel unprofessional and lack of customer service. Not a good experience.

Wye were relentless trying to tempt a buyer for our property. Yes we did have to drop our price a little, but that was the only way to sell! There were very few properties to look at, but Wye took on board our wish list, found the house (before it was even on the market) and even found a property for the vendor to complete the chain! We ended up in a very large chain, but Wye navigated us through with barely a hitch. Thank you very much Nicole, Ian and Sarah - Highly recommended!!

From the initial viewing, through to the offer and enquiries, Karen and the team worked tirelessly to keep our solicitors in constant contact and was incredibly responsive, often replying to queries and emails within minutes. Moving home is always stressful, and our case was no exception, but throughout we felt like Karen was 100% on top of things and genuinely cared about the outcome and our ambitions. Not to mention the virtual tours available on the property listing which has made planning the details of our next move easier than ever! Thank you so much Karen, George and team. 14th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Searching for houses for a long time first time when we visited the Northwood Highwycombe we were amazed by the service of Adam who registered us and showed us best options with milage distance to the town centre and he arranged us the first viewing and we were guided by the wonderful lady Kim she gave us the tour and explained briefly about the each and every corner of the house.we were very impressed she was well experienced professional agent and within one week time everything was arranged contracts,credit checks,payments and we moved in very fast and must mention Richard as well for guiding us with updates. service was extraordinary I really thankful for the whole team highly recommended and if I rate its 10/10

They used technology to its full extent to showcase my home (drone and interior walkthrough) and for convenient communication. The whole team seemed engaged with the process, positive and smart. Highly recommend.

The whole process was super easy, quick and transparent! Justin was lovely and Justin had a great sense of humour which always help. I would definitely reach out to the group again for housing needs and look forward to a continued relationship.
