15th May 2025 (1 year ago)I found Brittons to be the better of the Estate Agents that we dealt with. The others we used were just number crunchers to make their figures look good on paper. Their communication from the start was far superior than all the others.

16th May 2026 (29 days ago)I was not empressed with the behavour of the rep that i was speaking too regardsto my sitution being unwell and on benefits/Pip soon as i mention that there was a change in tone and behavour like i wasnt worth a look in, also my viewing was on the bunglow behide the eastanglia house next to fenman pub, i was suppose meet martina who wasnt there at said time, so some guy turn up by name called Ian whom showed no id, i had no commucation of the change so i known and also the new changes in renting rights fail here with this estate agents regards to everyone whom have a booking to view a property should be able to see the property and have a chance to apply regardless to there sitution. To which i was able to but in the manner of his voice and tone you could tell i wasnt welcome and by the way conversation was going you could also tell that i wouldnt be treated fair. Then i was kind being push to view different property to which i was not interested in. So i was emformed by email corraspondence that landlord declined to adverse credit thou it was sorted but still declined. So even thou you had given the information you still dont get treated well. I feel alot of change needs to happen regards to realising that what ever a person sitution, given it was beon there control. Youre still treated unfairly. I will state this to council when they ask me why i chose not to contact estate agents regards to homes for rent. Its a shame thou im a loyal tenant and payments for rent is completed on time and no issues so pitty there some snobs out there.

Goal achieved.- 28th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)enquired on a shared ownership property, their advert states its available to purchase with a 5% deposit. And still does currently, this isn't the case as you can never buy a 100% share of the property there are limited lenders who would provide a mortgage and they all require a 10% deposit along with the fees. I had mortgage appointments and was told that it was available with a 5% deposit, was given figures and applied for a mortgage in principal. I was then told that the only option was now a 10% deposit, once i said i couldn't do the 10% deposit contact seized to exist. I have called Kings Lynn branch and Hunstanton branch multiple times and only been able to leave a voicemail with no call back, wrote an email of complaint and was told that the mortgage advisor would be in contact 3 weeks ago. I am still yet to receive a call or an email, i wrote another email of complaint a week ago now and have still had no response. If nothing could be done which i understand, then i would expect at the very least an apology for wasting my time. or an explanation as to why they have continued to advertise the property as being available to buy with a 5% deposit when it is not. I have tried mortgage companies elsewhere and been told the same response about the property only being available to purchase with a 10% deposit as you can never fully own the property. don't waste your time and look at other estate agents, unless you like being ignored or lied to.

16th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)We would highly recommend jackson-stops estate agents, based on the sale of our house. With special mention to Hannie Theobald who kept us informed, updated and who handled negotiations and other parties involved with true care and attention. She definately goes above and beyond, and I believe the chain would have broken several times if it was not for her ability to listen, and find solutions. She is everything an estate agent should be, and more.

They were really attentive throughout our entire journey, promptly returning phone calls and emails. Their commitment to keeping us informed every step of the way gave us total peace of mind. They navigated the tricky parts of the transaction with absolute ease and kept all parties moving forward. Five-star service all around!
6th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very unprofessional customer service called on the day house went on the market to request booking for viewing and got my number taking and when called back few days later been told they don’t take bookings already offer on place but couldn’t be bothered to get in touch with me to inform me .

4th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Property went "live" and we had 2 viewings within 24 hours. Our property sold the following day. Buyers had to wait 6 months to move as we had to wait for our new property to be completed. Progress updated to buyer on regular basis and sale went through generally without bother (a few usual bumps in the road with solicitors, etc) but all completed successfully.- 9th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)We couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent than Amy. From our very first conversation, she was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and reassuring. We were purchasing a home for my elderly parents, which came with a number of considerations and emotions that made the process a little more complex than usual. Amy took the time to genuinely understand our circumstances and navigated everything with kindness, patience and professionalism. What stood out most was her ability to balance empathy with action. She was sensitive to our situation, endlessly helpful and always one step ahead. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she never left us waiting for answers or updates. Throughout the entire process, we felt completely supported and in very capable hands. Buying a home can be stressful, but Amy made it feel manageable from start to finish. Then i was kind being push to view different property to which i was not interested in. The council says try private rented places whilst my application is being change due my sitution that has changed. So i will be informing council of poor excuses i was given that was given in our email exchange ...
