Jason was so friendly there was no hard sell just real genuine interest in helping us sell our property, which we hadn’t found with other estate agents. Throughout the process his communication was second to none and we always felt in the loop with what was happening, which just made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. When it came to selling, Jason exceeded my expectations of sale price by literally 10s of thousands. I couldn’t have asked for more when selling my first home! Would highly recommend!

8th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)I was a property store tenant who they have merged with, please stay away if you are considering letting a property from them. SHH doesn't want to know the issues I had with the property store, property store once again don't reply to emails to get important information they have from my tenancy. Their complaints procedure is awful, and the follow the landlords requests while knowing that the landlord is lying. Too many people dealing with one property so you don't know who to contact, if I could give them a zero I would. I would have expected more from SHH now they have merged with the property store. Landlords claiming for damages they repaired when they haven't, claiming they didn't give permission for things, when they did. Advice if you are already letting from them, keep everything! Follow up phone calls with emails, follow up visits with emails so that when your tenancy ends you have everything!

After the very first visit he found me an ideal property on terms of both location for work and family commitments along with a good price, travel access and local amenities. Craig has continued to be a great help and asset, on terms of contact for any maintenance or routine visits as well as guidance during the initial steps of the process. He keeps me updated with any work required and dates for visits which is greatly appreciated

28th May 2026 (16 days ago)just now New My experience with DJ Alexander has been negative. I booked a flat viewing for a property and was then informed it was cancelled at short notice. I then got an email later that day saying a similar property is available but it was the same one. I queried this and was told it fell through so it’s available for a viewing again. I then booked another viewing only for to be cancelled an hour before again that it had been let. This was all communicated via automated emails. Not a great experience.

What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. From the outset, timescales and realistic expectations of the sales price were given and were very accurate. I was delighted with the sales price achieved and would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

The support through the entire process has been incredible and I can say that I have had a few setbacks in the process (outwith any control) however the team have navigated me through it. Special shout out to Sharon who without that support it would not have went the way it has. Anyone anywhere really should go with these guys! They provided a professional but approachable and relaxed service with nothing being missed out especially when our first sale fell through it was straight back on the market with no complications. From the first meeting, I knew this was the right choice due to Scott's professionalism, knowledge and being really down to earth. We were unsure when we would actually put the house on the market due to us not finding anything to begin with, but Scott kept in touch with us and as soon as we were ready, he organised everything super quick and the house was on the market that week once all sorted! Our house sold within a week and this was down to Scotts work and Marc being amazing with the viewings. The communication has been next to none with constant updates and being available for any of my questions. Dealing with Scott and the team (Marc & Leanne) has been a fantastic experience and not at all stressful (as people tell you selling a home is!). Can't recommend them enough!

It took a couple of years for us to find a house in the local area that met our requirements, so we got to experience the excellent service provided by the team at Nicola Kennedy Residential when viewing properties over that period. They were by far the most professional of all the companies we came across and they always found a way to fit us in, even when very limited options for viewing were available that we could attend. Since we wanted to have the best possible pool of potential purchasers for selling our house we decided to use Nicola Kennedy Residential. We were delighted with the service throughout the process. Our house sold very quickly and went to closing date with offer accepted in less than 2 weeks We were regularly kept up to date, including after we accepted an offer, which was very helpful since we ended up in a short chain. I would happily recommend Nicola Kennedy Residential for selling your property.
