Sarah visited us pre sale & explained the proposed timeline of events & all the associated costs from Home report, selling, marketing & conveyance. We were advised how to present the property for marketing purposes & all appointments were as per the arrangements made. Our house sold very quickly in no small part down to the excellent promotional material produced by Sarah with the help of her large presence on Social media. In summary we were delighted with the service we received from Sarah at Property Connections & would recommend her services to others in a heartbeat.

The entire process was seamless and hassle-free. A special mention to Vijay, who showed us around the property. He was incredibly professional and welcoming. 12th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I cannot recommend Irene and her team at Your Move Hamilton highly enough!<br>Having spent over a year viewing properties and navigating what I’ve found to be a really tough market as a buyer, dealing with Irene and her team has been an absolute breath of fresh air. Their communication is fantastic, every member of the team is friendly, approachable and helpful, and Irene herself has gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion. I’ve never felt like I was just another potential buyer, they are extremely supportive and you can feel that they genuinely care. Thank you so much to Irene and the whole team!

From the estimation appointment with Angela, the pictures with Joyce and the contact with the amazing staff in the office....it has been stress free. My house sold quickly and we were guided through the process and kept up to date. Our buyer also used Joyce Heeps Homes and I have been updated regarding our chain. I have used previous estate agents in EK and I felt frustrated at times with the lack of contact. This was completely different.

From Day 1, there was no 'Sales' pitch, just honest good advice and i immediately trusted them - they new the market inside out! The sale of our flat was slightly complex but we worked through a strategy together and the outcome exceeded all our expectations. WE worked together and they made it so easy for us. 24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

They organised everything, I didn't really have to do anything but follow their advice. Photographs of the property were amazing, and the presentation on their website did everything that was required to get people interested. Once I'd accepted an offer, they kept me up to date with developments on the chain. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

From my 1st call to the office with Alison who was so helpful and accommodating, to Kevin coming to my house to give me a valuation and talk through the Ts ans Cs, Yvonne and Rio coming out a few days later and getting our property on all social media platforms and finally Lynn who not only put a shift in showing around 15 potential buyers in one night round my house but regularly keeping me updated on offers etc which resulted in me getting a fantastic price for my home! Thank you so much to each and everyone of you. ?????? I would highly recommend Lanarkshire law to anyone looking to buy or sell their home as it is in the best hands! Oh and the app they have is absolutely brilliant and I have to say I am going to miss checking it for updates on viewings and offers! ??????
