6th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)I have been extremely happy with the excellent service from Tom Brooks at Stephensons Estate Agents . From our first meeting I found Tom to be very professional and incredibly knowledgeable . We instructed Tom to help sell our late parents bungalow . This property had its challenges , however Tom did much research and found solutions along the way . He kept us fully informed at all times and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed . Tom was always available to speak to at any time of the day which I found very reassuring. I would highly recommend using Tom at Stephensons to sell your property.

She took us through the process step by step and was so considerate when we didn't quite understand. Every interaction with this lovely lady has been positive. The world of renting is a difficult one with lots of problems, Karina truly works hard to help and makes a difference. They maintain people's respect and dignity and understand that the problems are real. Lota Properties excel in their field. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were more informative and caring than any other estate agents we have used in the past. It was a bit of a battle throughout the whole process as dealing with leasehold properties isn’t straight forward at the moment but they stuck with it and got the job done! From the very first meeting, they were different to other estate agents we’d encountered; extremely reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and completely reassuring. Selling a house can be stressful, but they handled everything with confidence and clarity, keeping us informed at every stage. The marketing was excellent, the communication was consistent, and they worked incredibly hard to secure a great sale for us. At the same time they found us our perfect family home and supported us through the purchase, making the whole process feel seamless. They were always available to answer questions, chase updates, and smooth out any bumps along the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What really stood out was their honesty, dedication, and genuine care. We felt supported by the entire team from start to finish on both the sale and the purchase.
