1st Aug 2022 (3 years ago)I dealt with Berkley estate agents when I was considering selling my property. I needed advice and a valuation. The service and the advice I received was excellent and hassle free. Unlike other estate agents who have either not got back to me, took the wrong details down. Once I have decided what to do I will go straight to Berkle.

8th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Staff are friendly and genuinely helpful. The business is often generous towards clients, whether purchasers or renters. Family run organisation so there is a personal touch. I have been a client with them for over 20 years and recommend them unreservedly.

1st Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)We feel that the landlord service offered by Andrew Granger is excellent, they quickly arranged a new tenant for the property. We were looked after very well by Kiran Munder who replied quickly to all queries and arranged for the maintenance of the property to be done efficiently before the new tenant moved in.

18th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Awful. Constantly increasing the service charge, constantly adding new things to to the service charge so we have to pay more. In return we get nothing. The gutters aren't cleaned which has lead to mould, a leaking roof which they have been informed about several times, ignored emails etc. Industrial slum landlords that just want to suck the money from the tenants without doing a thing to earn it.

6th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.
