23rd Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)AVOID THEM. They will rob you blind of your deposit and withold legal documents they "swear they'll get tomorrow" to avoid giving you your dues. Like many others said they will make dizzying claims about needing professional cleaners. Especially when you hired your own out of pocket to avoid these things. They are rude, dismissive and will trick you into doing everything over the calls to avoid leaving evidence of responsibility before gaslighting you wildly. Mohammed told us to sit outside in the peak of winter overnight when the lock which the locksmith WE had to hire said was "a decade out of date". Took days of arguing to get them to pay us back. It was -5 and mohammed knew full well I was asthmatic. Disgusting business with no morals. Watch your backs, avoid this lot.
22nd May 2024 (1 year ago)Absolute shocking service which resulting in me losing alot of money. No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

7th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)We recently had veiwing which were well arranged. We were given a good overview of the property and were allowed to have enough time to see the property without rushing. Shanrawi Qader, the representative from the agency on site, was very professional and helpful and provided us with all needed information.

Being able to WhatsApp / keep in contact out of normal hours was a real help. Emma kept us updated at each stage and even went above and beyond. We would highly recommend.

5th Dec 2025 (17 weeks ago)AWFUL SERVICE. NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Why anyone would list with this company is beyond me. They clearly dont act on behalf of their clients. I've called 20 times this week to arrange a viewing and never once answered.
18th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I have bought and sold many houses over the years, and can confidently say that my experience with Jackson Stops has been one of the best. They have been helpful, patient, and above all supportive. I was kept up to date with progress, they answered all my questions promptly and importantly gave me time to investigate any issues I had, without ever feeling I was being put under pressure. An exemplary service from all at the Hale office, particularly Nicholas Baum, who I feel has worked tirelessly to ensure we got the place we wanted. Thank you!

4th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Absolutely disgusting by the way I have been treated at the end of my tenancy. The agency tried to take the money off my deposit for things like lighting bulb that was fully working or normal wear and tear. The people should stop trying to get the money off the tenants in such a disgusting way. Please be very careful as they lie about everything!!

15th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)The services provided is so bad, one of their staff called talking so disrespectfully as though he is doing me a favour by selling house to me, the day we went to collect key after the sale fall through they attended to us so shabbily, I only went through with the sale because we already gone far...but this team is terrible

23rd Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)We dealt with Darren for the purchase of our new property and the sale of our house. Darren was professional and priced the property to ensure we got a quick sale, our house was on and off the market within a week which enabled us to proceed with the purchase of our dream forever home. (Also the photographer they employ is great!) Darren was patient with us throughout as the process took a while and was quick to respond to queries and keep the whole chain informed including the solicitors. I would highly reccomend using infinite property if you are looking to sell in the wider warrington area as you get a better service than the bigger named agents for a better price! Thanks Guys
