17th Jun 2026 (13 weeks ago)Huge THANKS to Suzanne and Stephen at Robert Williams Estate Agents in Exeter. Luckily for me, Suzanne and Steve tried all their best, patience and professional to push for a better result until completion of my property. From the day the sale of my property was agreed with the buyer, Suzanne was on the case always keeping me updated with both our solicitors and the buyers solicitors. Whilst the process took very longer than expected she acted very patiently and I would say Suzanne an asset to Robert Williams Estate Agents. The sales team at Robert Williams are definitely very knowledgeable and experienced. Thank you! Highly recommend!

I got ignored for more than a month, prior the only communication I recieved was to keep reducing the price. 6 months on the market with 1 viewing, 2 days with a different estate agent at the same price and already have a viewing booked. They couldn't find my keys when I went to collect them and then found them but wouldnt return them to me. Completely unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone.

They are a fantastic team and always have the time of day to get back to you if you have any issues at all. Always quick to respond to emails and get problems sorted. Absolutely fantastic team!

They have now acted as selling agents, this took a bit longer than anticipated but Southgate agents have kept us informed and been helpful during the whole process.
