From valuing our original home, conducting viewings and supporting us through the purchase of our new home, they demonstrated an extremely high level of customer service every step of the way. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

We received strong viewings from the beginning and the estate agents always followed up and provided useful feedback from these. When we did receive an offer, the agents kept me fully informed throughout the process and down the chain. The agents were particularly helpful to us as we lived a long way from the area. We are pleased to say that exchange on the house took place yesterday and we are so grateful for the support we received from Jade and her team. Would definitely recommend William H Briwn in North Walsham!!

13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Booked appointment monday cancelled by them to tuesday and then cancelled again on wednesday again cancelled .had to take 3 days day off for these reasons.non reliable.first of all had to wait long time to get an appointment.
26th May 2026 (24 days ago)Took my lunch break early today and went to a house viewing with my husband and parents, showed up and the house was marked as sold, no one to be seen. Called up the office, who advised they haven’t even got the keys, and can’t do a viewing at all! Dodged a bullet there: if you can’t organise a viewing, you certainly can’t co-ordinate a house sale!

It was the first time we had brought through a modern auction... She clearly explained the process ... When we needed to view the property on a couple of occasions, she was always on time and professional.. any questions we threw at her, she answered or went away and found out the information in a very timely manner... fantastic service
- 16th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I was not empressed with the behavour of the rep that i was speaking too regardsto my sitution being unwell and on benefits/Pip soon as i mention that there was a change in tone and behavour like i wasnt worth a look in, also my viewing was on the bunglow behide the eastanglia house next to fenman pub, i was suppose meet martina who wasnt there at said time, so some guy turn up by name called Ian whom showed no id, i had no commucation of the change so i known and also the new changes in renting rights fail here with this estate agents regards to everyone whom have a booking to view a property should be able to see the property and have a chance to apply regardless to there sitution. To which i was able to but in the manner of his voice and tone you could tell i wasnt welcome and by the way conversation was going you could also tell that i wouldnt be treated fair. Then i was kind being push to view different property to which i was not interested in. So i was emformed by email corraspondence that landlord declined to adverse credit thou it was sorted but still declined. So even thou you had given the information you still dont get treated well. I feel alot of change needs to happen regards to realising that what ever a person sitution, given it was beon there control. Youre still treated unfairly. I will state this to council when they ask me why i chose not to contact estate agents regards to homes for rent. Its a shame thou im a loyal tenant and payments for rent is completed on time and no issues so pitty there some snobs out there.

Fin, Oli and all the rest worked us through a difficult market, they always gave good advice, acted diligently, promptly, and in our interests, excellent communicators who don't give up.

We were purchasing a home for my elderly parents, which came with a number of considerations and emotions that made the process a little more complex than usual. Amy took the time to genuinely understand our circumstances and navigated everything with kindness, patience and professionalism. What stood out most was her ability to balance empathy with action. She was sensitive to our situation, endlessly helpful and always one step ahead. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she never left us waiting for answers or updates. Throughout the entire process, we felt completely supported and in very capable hands. Buying a home can be stressful, but Amy made it feel manageable from start to finish. The knowledge that they both have, the support they give throughout a stressful period of your life is 2nd to none. Andy had it set in his mind that he wanted to help us as he knew my brother and he wanted to help his little sister. A few teaser pictures were taken, shared and my house went immediately before even officially going on the market. This man knows his stuff. My brother would be beaming. Each person we engaged with from the office was incredibly professional and gave great advice and support, metaphorically holding our hands through the process. Stand out mentions in particular to Joe, Nicola and Matthew who always went above and beyond in looking after us and we also appreciated all the help from Morgan and Chelsea with viewings. They had regular check-ins and updates with us and they were always contactable and responsive to messages and questions which we really valued. Very pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend them.
