He took the time to explain everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the process, which made the whole experience much less stressful. Aston was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure everything progressed smoothly. I really appreciated his support and expertise, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins

The team was professional, guided us through every step, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled efficiently, especially the tenancy agreement, which was completed entirely by email. This made the whole process straightforward and convenient, with no need to visit the office.<br><br>A special thank you to Michelle Chapman for managing the entire process, coordinating everything between us and the landlord, keeping everything on track, and answering all of our questions promptly. She ensured everything progressed smoothly from start to finish. - 31st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)From our very first interaction with Kane from Lettings at William H Brown in North Walsham, the level of service we received was outstanding. Moving home can be incredibly stressful at the best of times, but we were under immense pressure to find somewhere quickly due to the unsafe levels of mould in our previous property, which we're now in the process of taking up with our soon-to-be former landlord. Kane immediately understood our situation and genuinely seemed to care about helping us.<br><br>As we weren't able to attend the initial viewing, Kane promptly sent us a video tour of the property that had already been prepared. This made a huge difference, allowing us to assess whether it was suitable without delay and giving us the confidence to move forward when time was against us.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Kane was exceptionally polite, professional, knowledgeable and approachable. Every question we had was answered quickly, clearly and honestly. If we had any concerns he always replied promptly and kept us informed, which made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br><br>One moment that really stood out was just before we moved in. We had ordered heating oil and had been told by the supplier to expect delivery in around 10 days, which actually suited us perfectly as we expected to have collected the keys and be properly moved in by then. Instead, the delivery was unexpectedly brought forward to the very next day, before we'd even been able to collect the keys. This meant the oil tank was still locked and we didn't have the key to allow the driver access.<br><br>I contacted Kane straight away, but it was already around 5.40pm. As an HGV driver I was away with work, my wife doesn't drive and at that stage we neither had the keys to the property nor the landlord's contact details. There was simply nothing we could do ourselves and we genuinely thought the delivery would have to be cancelled.<br><br>Within minutes, however, Kane replied to say he'd already spoken to our landlord, who was on her way that evening to unlock the oil tank so it would be ready for the delivery the following morning. Considering the time of day, we were genuinely amazed. It was a perfect example of Kane's dedication, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble and his outstanding communication throughout the entire process made what could have been an incredibly stressful move so much easier.<br><br>When we later viewed the property in person it was obvious how well he knew both the property and the process. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer. We never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, we felt listened to, supported and valued throughout.<br><br>Having experienced extremely poor communication and customer service from other local estate agents, particularly Abbotts and Sowerbys, Kane's professionalism was a breath of fresh air. His communication was excellent from start to finish. He always did exactly what he said he would do and we never once felt like we were chasing for updates.<br><br>It's also worth mentioning Kane's colleague Tom, who was equally helpful whenever Kane was unavailable or busy. Tom was polite, professional and always willing to help over the phone, making sure our questions were dealt with rather than simply leaving us waiting. It was reassuring to know that the whole lettings team was approachable and supportive throughout the process.<br><br>Kane is a real credit to William H Brown's North Walsham lettings team. His friendly manner, professionalism, knowledge, efficiency and genuine willingness to help made a difficult move so much easier. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through the process. If you're looking for a rental property in the North Walsham area, we couldn't recommend Kane highly enough. Thank you again for everything.

16th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I was not empressed with the behavour of the rep that i was speaking too regardsto my sitution being unwell and on benefits/Pip soon as i mention that there was a change in tone and behavour like i wasnt worth a look in, also my viewing was on the bunglow behide the eastanglia house next to fenman pub, i was suppose meet martina who wasnt there at said time, so some guy turn up by name called Ian whom showed no id, i had no commucation of the change so i known and also the new changes in renting rights fail here with this estate agents regards to everyone whom have a booking to view a property should be able to see the property and have a chance to apply regardless to there sitution. To which i was able to but in the manner of his voice and tone you could tell i wasnt welcome and by the way conversation was going you could also tell that i wouldnt be treated fair. Then i was kind being push to view different property to which i was not interested in. So i was emformed by email corraspondence that landlord declined to adverse credit thou it was sorted but still declined. So even thou you had given the information you still dont get treated well. I feel alot of change needs to happen regards to realising that what ever a person sitution, given it was beon there control. Youre still treated unfairly. I will state this to council when they ask me why i chose not to contact estate agents regards to homes for rent. Its a shame thou im a loyal tenant and payments for rent is completed on time and no issues so pitty there some snobs out there.

Its so nice to have an estate agent who can answer your questions and give you ideas about the potential of a property especially as we were viewing ones that needed some tlc.
