Communication was clear and timely, which made everything run smoothly and stress-free. The entire experience, from arranging viewings to finalising the tenancy, was handled with great care and attention to detail. I particularly appreciated how supportive and organised the team was, ensuring that everything was completed without unnecessary delays. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received especially from harrison. Their professionalism and commitment to providing a good customer experience truly stood out.

Lauren and Aaron have been incredible from the word go! They know everything and have even advised me on changes coming up next month which I knew nothing about. I have always managed my own properties but now I feel safe leaving these guys to do it for me. I would whole hearty day that these 2 are the best rent agents around and there really isn't any reason to look around for anyone else. If your a landlord like me then save yourself some time and call Lauren and Aaron first. 100% recommend!!!

I believe it was one of the longest house sales they’ve had (not through any fault of theirs) yet they always remained positive and happy to host as many viewings as needed to get the home sold. Communication has been amazing and I can’t thank them enough. Would definitely use again!

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

From the initial viewing right through to exchange, she was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was ever too much trouble—she was incredibly helpful in arranging access to the property so we could measure up, double-check details, and get a real feel for the space. She also went the extra mile in helping us find answers to all sorts of questions (even down to things like paint colours), which made a big difference. Thank you so much, Karen, for your support and professionalism. We’re really looking forward to settling in and enjoying everything the North Norfolk Coast has to offer!
27th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Avocado have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. Their marketing was superb and customer service has been exceptional throughout. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

1st Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)Awful letting agents. 1. Turned up to our new property to let and there's a for sale sign in the garden. Negated to tell us it was for sale then lied to us and said the property would only be let to landlords, however only had families view the place. 2. During the 3 months inspection advised WHB of a page full of issues including MOULD.. 4 months later still not fixed. Maintenance guy kept cancelling over Christmas. No one has sorted anything despite numerous calls to advise them 3. I have subsequently moved out and left the other tenant (my partner) to rent on his own because I cant stand how awful the place is to live in and despite numerous emails and several calls last week and the promise to call me back and im still waiting for my name to be taken off the tenancy. 4. I am still receiving rent arrears email even though I no longer live in the property Nd have advised them. Jist to add to this There is no rent arrears! My partner agreed to pay weekly direct with WHB Im getting fed up off the company's incompetence I will be submitting a formal complaint.
