He completely understands the unique legal side of park home transactions. Communication was top-notch—he kept us fully updated while we were in Spain and the buyer was in the UK, and even checked in after completion to ensure all funds were safely received.<br>A special mention to Ellie, who is fairly new to the branch. She did a brilliant job showing the new owner around our property. With Morgan’s mentorship and guidance, she is clearly set for a very successful career ahead.<br>Outstanding service overall—we couldn't recommend Morgan and his team highly enough!

From start to finish, the whole team have been fantastic! Starting with Will who we first met when we visited Aylsham earlier in the year and we popped into the office to give our details. Then Emerson who showed us round the property. Finally the marvellous Miranda who kept everything moving along and was always so prompt in getting back to us. When things got a bit sticky at the end with exchange and completion, Miranda was on it and Will too!! We were so pleased with everything and would highly recommend the team at Aylsham. They are all lovely and very good at what they do!!

4th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)My wife and I had an absolutely amazing experience with Money Properties, with a big mention going to Tracey!<br><br>We attempted to sell our house back in 2024, as we were emigrating to Canada, but the market was in a terrible state and we were unable to secure a buyer. Money Properties helped us rent out house out for 12 months until such time that we tried to sell it again. Once it went back on the market, Money Properties worked tirelessly to eventually get us a buyer.<br><br>Even though we were abroad, nothing was too much trouble for Tracey and her team - I would thoroughly recommend buying / selling with Money Properties!!! They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, always there when we needed them.<br><br>The whole process was handled brilliantly. Communication was excellent throughout, we were kept informed at every stage, and whenever the inevitable stresses of moving house cropped up, we always felt we had someone on our side helping to keep things moving.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. He was willing to spend more time than strictly necessary helping me with his knowledge of the area (the housing market but also house clearance options) and to recommend rival firms as being more suitable to our needs. 13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have been looking for the ideal property for over 2 months, have dealt with 7 or 8 different Estate Agency, Sefftons is the first one (and especially Siobhan Smith) to actually listen to what I am searching for and pro actively help me find it. If I was in a position to sell a property I would definitely use them as, as a buyer, I am actively focusing on the properties they have in their portfolio rather then looking at what other agencies have for sale now.
