3rd Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)I had been renting a property in Ely for the past 4 years or so through Cheffins and have had nothing but a positive experience. They have always been super quick to respond to any communication and extremely professional while doing so. They were also incredibly understanding, respectful and accommodating of my personal situation. I especially want to call out Bev H who I spoke with the most, she's a real star. Should I decide to rent again in the future or have a property to rent out then Cheffins will be my first choice.
28th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)Great experience selling my Dads bungalow in Swaffham. The whole team bent over backwards to help in every way they could. In particular Tony and Emily who I dealt with the most were amazing and very professional as well as being kind and considerate. They were a great help as I lived over 2 hours away from the property and I was able to leave most things to them to sort out. I would highly recommend them for selling and I am sure purchasing a property in the area. Many thanks Ken.

My main communication was with a bubbly lady called Dawn, no question was too big, conversation flowed naturally, she never seemed rush and always seemed genuinely happy to help. If I could recommend anyone in the field I would definitely recommend Dawn. Any person who encounters her will be happy to liaise with her and Beeby's should be very proud of the way she composes herself and her friendly, bubbly nature! it's very rare to find, especially in property.

10th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)According to Google moving house is the third most difficult life event, but the team at Watson were wonderfully supportive through the whole process. From taking photos at the beginning to finally handing over the keys to the new owner they were always there with kindly help. They were there to advise and assist with the several problems that arose by being in a chain of buyers and sellers. Often a member of the team would provide information to facilitate progress to the next stage even if it did not directly involve them. We are very grateful for their friendly advice and efforts.

The whole Aspire team were very friendly, very approachable and advice asked for by us and given freely by them. Despite a slow market we eventually both bought and sold within two days.
