1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)This was our first viewing with Fine and Country and to say they were a breath of fresh air is an understatement. Unlike other agents we've viewed with, we were able to visit the property without being rushed and with no pushy sales tactics. This left us feeling welcomed and valued as a potential customer. Every member of staff we've dealt with has been polite, courteous and gone out of their way to be helpful and answer any questions we have. The whole process even started on a positive note as the photos taken to advertise the property were actually representative of what was there. Most other agents seem to use odd lenses and angles to give an unrealistic view of a property leading to instant disappointment when you arrive. That's not the case here. This is what other agents should aspire to be, welcoming, informed and helpful. We really cannot recommend them highly enough. We've dealt with both Alison and Sally and would would like to thank them both for all they've done. Superb.

Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins- 3rd Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Great support from all the team who were polite and helpful at all times. Special thanks to Emma. Kept us in the loop throughout the sales process.

30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Our experience of buying our new home through Abbotts was extremely disappointing.<br><br>Communication throughout the process was very poor. It was often impossible to get through by telephone, leaving us listening to music for long periods, and when we did have the option to leave a message, our calls were not returned. Emails were also regularly left unanswered, which made the whole process far more stressful than it needed to be.<br><br>On our second viewing, we were expecting to meet someone at the property, but nobody turned up. We were left waiting and had no communication or explanation as to why nobody was there.<br><br>We even had to contact the Norwich branch ourselves and ask them to get in touch with the relevant office to arrange this.<br><br>Buying a home should be an exciting and memorable experience, but unfortunately our experience with Abbotts was made unnecessarily stressful by the lack of communication and organisation.<br><br>We are very happy with our new home, but sadly we cannot say the same about our experience with Abbotts. Based on our experience, we would not use them again or recommend them.

They promptly came out to provide us with an honest professional valuation of our house and were quick to actively put it on the Market. Within 6 weeks we were sold! Liam was incredibly proactive throughout our entire move. He constantly chased things up to keep momentum going and kept us updated every step of the way. It was such a relief having someone who genuinely stayed ahead of the game and offered help before we even realised we needed it. At a time that can be very stressful Liam was on hand to reassure us and make the process go through more smoothly. Outstanding service, would highly recommend, Thank you Liam for helping us achieve our dream forever home
16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I have given you this review do to the state of the property that your renting out to my young grandson , here a a couple of photos of the work that’s needed , I do know what’s what as I have volunteered for the Cambridge city council for over 12 years + inspecting flats and houses and making sure that there homes are up to a decent standard , there is a policy that the council abide by , a decent homes policy which you don’t seam to have, I will await your response , a person should feel safe in there property , warm and Secure , which I Hasson to point out that if some one put a mind to braking in to his property, on kick of the front door or back would do .

When viewing our property, Millie greeted us with professionalism but genuine interest in what we would like from the house. We had communicated throughout the purchase and no matter the question - big or small they were there to help. A big shout out to Clare Clarke for being amazing, always available if we needed her, very polite and helpful - nothing was ever a bother for her! I couldn’t recommend Starking & Watson enough!
28th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)We brought our property through Sefftons and were highly impressed with Suzanne and Siobhan who we mostly had contact with.<br><br>We had an offer on a property which didn’t work out but straight away Suzanne found a similar property in the area we wanted which we were able to view.<br><br>Suzanne was friendly, diligent and promptly responded to emails and phone calls. She was able to support the vendor and us to ensure tasks were completed in a timely manner. She also supported us to visit the property when visiting the area, sometimes being flexible with little notice.<br><br>There was one issue arising from the surveyor and both Siobhan and Suzanne supported us and the vendor as needed.<br><br>We would highly recommend Sefftons estate agent and would like to thank Suzanne and Siobhan for supporting us so well. Thank you. ??????
