Always very responsive, professional, and understanding. I've been asked to provide feedback on an area where they can improve, but I really struggle to think of anything. 14th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)I’ve been really disappointed with how things have been handled. Communication has been slow and unclear, especially when it came to something as important as the tenant’s notice. I wasn’t given the exact date it was received or a copy of the notice when I asked, which made it difficult to check that everything was being managed properly. The delays have also made things harder for me when it comes to planning next steps, and it feels like this could have been avoided with more timely and transparent communication. I’m also concerned that the check-out inspection when the tenants moved out was missed, with no one attending as expected. On top of that, the tenants’ deposit has still not been returned, which is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall management. Overall, this has not been a positive experience. I would have expected a far more responsive, reliable and professional service.

10th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)According to Google moving house is the third most difficult life event, but the team at Watson were wonderfully supportive through the whole process. From taking photos at the beginning to finally handing over the keys to the new owner they were always there with kindly help. They were there to advise and assist with the several problems that arose by being in a chain of buyers and sellers. Often a member of the team would provide information to facilitate progress to the next stage even if it did not directly involve them. We are very grateful for their friendly advice and efforts.

Amanda in Sales Progression was also amazing, chasing the chain and updating us with every bit of news she got as our sale took longer than expected. We highly recommend Stobart & Hurrell to anyone. They certainly deserve the 5 stars!

13th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Newson & Buck Estate Agents enough! Erika dealt with my purchase and was nothing short of exceptional. She chased matters before anyone else, was proactive, pleasant, polite, informative, and totally professional. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with her. I always heard from her with updates before anyone else. Even though my purchase didn’t go through in the end, through no fault of theirs, their support and guidance were outstanding. If I were selling a property in Kings Lynn or the surrounding area, I would not hesitate to go straight to them. Their marketing is top-notch, up-to-date, and really mesmerising. They are the new way of selling houses and I’d say they set the standard for everyone else.

Positive, honest conversations, a very positive and proven accurate valuation, clear and consistent communications throughout the process, listening to our views and a willingness to incorporate those ideas and thoughts into the marketing materials.....everything was as easy and painless as it could be, and a quick, positive outcome in terms of getting multiple offers and being now able to proceed towards completion. 100% recommend PL to anyone looking to sell their home.

From the outset, communication was extremely poor — feedback requests were often ignored or responded to far too late to be useful. It felt like I was constantly chasing for updates rather than being kept informed. What frustrated me most was their clear lack of understanding of my needs. Despite explaining our requirements multiple times, they repeatedly suggested unsuitable options, which made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. To make matters worse, our property was marketed incorrectly, with listing agents not having a clue about anything that house had to offer.... that could have easily been avoided with even a basic level of attention. This not only misrepresented the property but also wasted potential buyers’ time. Overall, the agents came across as inexperienced and somewhat clueless, lacking both attention to detail and professionalism. I would not recommend Aspire to anyone looking for a smooth or competent estate agency experience.

I had my house on the market with a larger agent who told me it would sell very quickly, and failed to sell it after months. Then Suzanne came round and gave me an honest valuation, and the property sold quickly to a serious buyer. Charlotte and Siobhan were great on viewings and always had the answers to my questions. Sefftons are a small team which makes the world of difference as I didn't just feel like a number to them. The ladies were always friendly and kept me updated throughout the entire process to make it as stress free as possible. I would recommend Sefftons to anyone.

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
