7th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would not recommend entering into any arrangement with this agency without extreme caution! It will also be worth checking the numerous negative reviews here! Based on my personal experience, I encountered ongoing issues with communication, contractual handling and payment-related matters. Certain concerns, including payments and entitlements, remained unresolved despite being formally raised and supported with screenshot, and no meaningful response was provided! For landlords, it is important to clearly establish in advance how the property will be marketed, how pricing will be structured, and whether any all-inclusive (bills included) arrangements may be applied, as these factors can significantly affect outcomes. Overall, anyone (tenants, landlords and employees) considering working with this agency should be prepared for potential complications! This recent purchase was completed in a short period of time with excellent support from all the staff. Janet guided us through every stage of the process with a friendly smile and gentle humour. We would certainly recommend Matthew Bengamin.

She responded promptly to my inquiries and made a significant effort to ensure that the process ran smoothly. I am very pleased with the overall experience at Dowen, particularly with Caroline's assistance. It was an outstanding experience.

I was harassed by Teri Dunning’s emails telling me and pushing me to sell and leave my house with my stuff in time when I was not able to do so! I was explaining this many times to her but she knew better. Complete fail with dealing with disable people who can’t do things fast and in such a stress which can have very serious consequences on health and even life. Very disappointing process Teri Dunning may be nice to others but she was not nice to me. That’s my opinion and I won’t change it because more people can find themselves in my place in the future. She was angry at me, she was pushing me into doing what she wanted me to do no matter what it ment to my health! Then she got revenge on me with no respect when my decision was to defend myself and my health! Immature behavior. I’ve got answer from Pattinson and they are not so nice like this public answer every person can see under my opinion. Pattinson don’t care about people neither for their agent’s behavior only for Pattinson’s business.

2nd Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I recently rented through Hackett Property and couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Abbey was absolutely brilliant. She went above and beyond to accommodate multiple viewing requests, both in-person and video tours, making the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free, especially given how busy life can get. The apartment was in fantastic condition when I arrived, clean, well-presented, and exactly as promised. Communication throughout was excellent, always prompt, friendly, and professional.

7th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)Excellent experience overall. Bailey & Co were involved in both the selling and purchase sides of my chain. They managed to negotiate a great selling price on my flat in a very challenging market and always let me know straight away when appropriate properties for me came up buy. Which led to us finding our ideal house. Their sales progression team also did a great job of keeping me up to date on status of the chain and communicating with all parties quickly and efficiently when issues arose. I would definitely use them again. Thanks again to all the team at Bailey & Co for your hard work.
