Stuart has been amazing ?????? keeping me informed and advising what we need to do etc and Dawn well let's just say she is fantastic explained in fine detail what we needed to do along the way as we haven't bought a home or sold one in 31 years .. 19th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Company was not proactive. They did not give feedback on one of the few viewings we had and at least two of the viewings were by people who had little intention of buying, not good enough
22nd Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Kate came out to value our property and we instantly warmed to her, she was so polite and Professional and by far gave us the most information on the local market out of all the other agents. We really felt she listened to us and what we needed, we didn’t feel hurried or rushed, which was very important for us. The rest of the team have been so supportive and kind, we really appreciate everything they did for us. Thank you again, I couldn’t recommend them enough.

21st Oct 2026 (9 days ago)We used Pattinson for the sale of our house and would highly recommend them. The staff were really helpful throughout the whole process, particularly Madelin who went above and beyond chasing solicitors etc. for us which she didn't have to do. They were always quick to respond to emails and calls. Any delays were no fault of Pattinson and were because of other estate agents or solicitors. Can't fault Pattinson in any way! Thank you all!

They managed to negotiate a great selling price on my flat in a very challenging market and always let me know straight away when appropriate properties for me came up buy. Which led to us finding our ideal house. Their sales progression team also did a great job of keeping me up to date on status of the chain and communicating with all parties quickly and efficiently when issues arose. I would definitely use them again. Thanks again to all the team at Bailey & Co for your hard work.

From marketing our old home to selling it very quickly.<br>Jordan and her colleagues were amazing, keeping us up to date with every step of the process, and we were able to contact them at any time, all questions we asked were answered, nothing was too much trouble. They kept us up to date with every process of the sale.<br>I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone who wants to sell or buy a property. We could not fault them with anything.
