Even in difficult market conditions they are positive about Sales.

They have been fantastic as Property Managers which I have been very grateful for living at a distance. Then they found me a great buyer and it has been seamless, not always an easy ask when selling a buy to let. Thank you Brendan and Sarah for such a personal and efficient service. Definitely recommend

7th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)Excellent experience overall. Bailey & Co were involved in both the selling and purchase sides of my chain. They managed to negotiate a great selling price on my flat in a very challenging market and always let me know straight away when appropriate properties for me came up buy. Which led to us finding our ideal house. Their sales progression team also did a great job of keeping me up to date on status of the chain and communicating with all parties quickly and efficiently when issues arose. I would definitely use them again. Thanks again to all the team at Bailey & Co for your hard work.

They have proved to be an excellent local Estate Agent.- 17th Jun 2026 (13 weeks ago)Dowen, Unprofessional estate agent.… I was very disappointed with Down estate agents, I booked a viewing for 1400hrs on the 17th June, at park road Hartlepool, and confirmed it with the agency, we waited for over 30 minutes for an agent to turn up, but no one did, I called their office and the lady said she's stuck in traffic she will be there shortly, we waited for a further 20 minutes, but no one turned up, I called the office again but this time no one answered, so I left a message, stating that if no one turns up in 5 minutes, we won't be bothering with the viewing, no one turned up, this company is so so so unprofessional, and I would not recommend anyone to do business with them, if they can't be bothered to turn up for a viewing of a property, then it says it all, It's that bad that I can't start rate them,

I was extremely happy with Clare who throughout the process was always efficient ,friendly,supportive and conscientious .She replied to and resolved any queries promptly.The communication about viewings was very good and we were reminded about viewings the day before. I was very disappointed by the Sales Progressor who was difficult to speak to ,worked short hours and failed to contact us promptly causing difficulty and additional stress.

From the first valuation of our flat in Heaton, we were immediately struck by his personal approach and his unparalleled understanding of the local market. From marketing to sales progression, he supported us perfectly and made himself very available. Although our chain didn’t work out as we would have liked, Noel went above and beyond to offer calm, honest, and expert advice and to keep things moving forward. He has been incredibly supportive throughout a stressful situation. An absolute professional who genuinely looks after his clients and goes the extra mile. We will approach Noel for our future sale without any hesitation.

I was always met with a friendly, reassuring response during any correspondence and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Carla is extremely good at her job, with advice and negotiation. I would recommend Hegarties at Houghton.

The whole process was handled smoothly and professionally, which made everything far less stressful than expected. Special mention to Beth, who was fantastic throughout — always helpful, responsive, and happy to answer any questions along the way. Her support really made a difference. Highly recommend Andrew Craig to anyone buying or selling. Great team and great experience!

After this they ensured I was kept up to date with developments and were always extremely helpful with any queries I had.
