25th Jul 2026 (3 days ago)I remain deeply disappointed in the way my most recent complaint has been handled. The way the branch manager speaks to tenants is appalling! If you have a complaint then don’t expect any sympathy or accountability. We have rented this property for 11 years and in that time, we have been superb tenants but sadly that doesn’t mean anything to them. I anticipate a reply to this which will more than likely attempt to completely contradict what I’ve written here but just know that our experience has not been a positive one!
5th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Disappointing experience. Took time off work to attend a viewing, only to have the agent discuss a live offer with the seller in front of me during the appointment. It made for a really awkward and unprofessional situation. While they later acknowledged it could have been handled differently, they ultimately stood by their actions. Needless to say I wound trust then to be involved in and sales or purchase. Basic discretion during viewings shouldn’t be too much to expect right?
6th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)Unfortunately they were unable to attend any of the viewings on our behalf as they were arranged for out of their office hours and therefore they couldn’t attend as they were shut!!!
4th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)We have found Robinsons Estate agents very good.They have kept in touch with us regards to viewings,also any correspondence regards to anything to do with our property .They have been in touch with us without any hesitation,we can only commend the staff for being so sufficient.
25th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Made an appointment to view a house in Hollywell Road, turned up to the viewing after driving from Bristol to be told it had been sold that morning. They said they tried to phone me despite them having my phone number, email details etc and them phoning me this week already to confirm the viewing...

She went above and beyond to accommodate multiple viewing requests, both in-person and video tours, making the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free, especially given how busy life can get. The apartment was in fantastic condition when I arrived, clean, well-presented, and exactly as promised. Communication throughout was excellent, always prompt, friendly, and professional.

Would definitely recommend this agency.- 17th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Dowen, Unprofessional estate agent.… I was very disappointed with Down estate agents, I booked a viewing for 1400hrs on the 17th June, at park road Hartlepool, and confirmed it with the agency, we waited for over 30 minutes for an agent to turn up, but no one did, I called their office and the lady said she's stuck in traffic she will be there shortly, we waited for a further 20 minutes, but no one turned up, I called the office again but this time no one answered, so I left a message, stating that if no one turns up in 5 minutes, we won't be bothering with the viewing, no one turned up, this company is so so so unprofessional, and I would not recommend anyone to do business with them, if they can't be bothered to turn up for a viewing of a property, then it says it all, It's that bad that I can't start rate them,
9th Apr 2026 (16 weeks ago)I was impressed with the initial meeting with Colleen who valued the property. She was knowledgeable,punctual ,a great communicator and efficient. I was extremely happy with Clare who throughout the process was always efficient ,friendly,supportive and conscientious .She replied to and resolved any queries promptly.The communication about viewings was very good and we were reminded about viewings the day before. I was very disappointed by the Sales Progressor who was difficult to speak to ,worked short hours and failed to contact us promptly causing difficulty and additional stress.

They failed to answer basic questions from potential buyers and failed to sell a fairly standard property which subsequently sold easily. Then tried to fleece me for commission. Avoid at all costs.

From the first valuation of our flat in Heaton, we were immediately struck by his personal approach and his unparalleled understanding of the local market. From marketing to sales progression, he supported us perfectly and made himself very available. Although our chain didn’t work out as we would have liked, Noel went above and beyond to offer calm, honest, and expert advice and to keep things moving forward. He has been incredibly supportive throughout a stressful situation. An absolute professional who genuinely looks after his clients and goes the extra mile. We will approach Noel for our future sale without any hesitation.

Carla is extremely good at her job, with advice and negotiation. I would recommend Hegarties at Houghton.
