This agency gives the impression of being helpful and supportive, but in reality they are misleading, unresponsive, and only focused on their commission. They make promises they don’t keep and seem to have little genuine interest in the buyer’s situation. I would strongly advise others to stay away and choose a more trustworthy agency.

They always answered my questions quickly and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process much easier and less stressful.<br><br>I would especially like to thank Steve for his outstanding support, professionalism and responsiveness. He was always there to help, answer any questions and make sure everything was handled properly.<br><br>We really appreciate all the help and support we received. Thank you to the whole team for such a great service. I would definitely recommend this estate agency to anyone looking for a professional, friendly and reliable team!

19th Jun 2026 (13 weeks ago)Michal was my contact at Cunninghams and me being a first time landlord, he made it very clear how the whole process works, what I need to be aware of with the new legislations, helped me understand things that I wasn't so clear on with being a new potential landlord and overall represented Cunninghams very well. He has great balance of being professional yet personable. Very knowledgeable, polite and overall I feel he portrayed trust which is very important to any landlord of course. I would highly recommend Michal and Cunninghams to anyone looking to rent out their property

20th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)The agents here are clearly game players and out for themselves I offered the full asking price which was agreed. The agent Kyle Wells also said he cancelled all seven viewings, even took it off the market. Just for him to call me a day later and say “ the seller has decided to go with someone who’s in a better position than you”. Errrm I’m a first time buyer I’m not in any chain, my position doesn’t get any better than that. So basically he was lying from the get go he didn’t cancel the viewings got a higher offer and then tried to make out I wasn’t in a good position using reverse psychology against me to cover up your scheme very low. I would waste my time with these again.

7th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)They used old photos which kept automatically changed hardly ever had shots of the house front even though these were old a drive by would question if this is same property in my opinion also late for viewing leaving client to wait outside I should have checked on the office location and not assumed this was corby who may have had more local knowledge no proofs were sent prior to marketing

5th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)My experience during the<br>6-Week hunt for a suitable, and within budget property, as long term rental around Warwickshire and into Gloucestershire. Was initially being let down after positive viewings, mainly by a lack of communication.<br><br>From the start to completion of this Chelton Brown Ltd listed property, the service overall was absolutely great. Can not fault the super friendly and professional staff, who provided a top class service.<br>After nearly a month at this property it's lovely, and as advertised and advised. So just like to say a big thank you to all the staff for you excellent service throughout this process. Especially have to mention Sophia and Grace who I mainly dealt with. They were both extremely helpful, and full of clear facts and advice, with great communication. Both really are a big credit to the business, so again thank you both, really was very much appreciated.<br>Paul M

Tom was always efficient, very personable, polite and helpful, communicating regularly with us and giving sound advice and updates. He was very professional and highly effective in chivvying the buyers'solicitor when they weren't performing. We received outstanding service so Thank you very much Tom for all your care and attention to detail, and thanks also to James who did a great job for us whilst Tom was on leave. 1st Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Outstanding service—went above and beyond!I was really struggling to rent a property elsewhere, but Richard Greener Estate Agents went completely above and beyond for me. All the staff were incredibly helpful, but Ryan and Richard mainly looked after everything and ensured I successfully got the tenancy on the very first property I viewed with them. The whole process from start to me moving in took only a few weeks. They made everything smooth, fast, and stress-free when I needed it most. I cannot thank them enough for their support and highly recommend their fantastic team!

We had many issues at the property we were already renting through a private landlord and needed to move out asap but weren't able to commit until payday a few days away when we viewed a property we wanted. Simon went above and beyond to help us secure the property. We work out a time line that worked for us to be able to do what we needed and simon and his team were more than accommodating and helped us when we were able to bring out move in day forward. We cannot recomend them enough!
