3rd Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)Disappointed with the service. The feedback from prospective buyers (more than one) was that they had said the house needed work and they had better porperties for sale! Not what we were expecting. Contacted them multiple times with feedback but they never responded. We happily paid to terminate their service. Would not use again or recommend to anyone.

Nothing was ever too much trouble and overall I couldn't be happier with their service. Would recommended 100%
7th Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)Couldn't find local agent, went on line, Garstang nearest, we were able to locate site from directions and Street view. My wife visited, staff very helpful and sorted out the query we had.

24th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)I want to pass on my greatest of compliments to Rick, who showed me and my mum (virtually) around a property this evening. For the past 12 months I have been driving up and down the Fylde coast looking at properties for my mum to buy. We have been through most estate agents, and what I can tell you is, Rick has been by far the best estate agent I have ever come across. He was polite, professional, didn’t rush me (given that it was 5pm) and gave me the time to properly inspect the property. County Estate Agents have been the most thorough and prepared. If awards were given out, I would be nominating your company. Rick said the director was his immediate line mananger. I would like to pass on my sincere thanks and gratitude to Rick and the company as a whole. I work with clients on a daily basis, and the likes of Reeds Rains, Entwhistle Green to name a few, are no comparison to the level of service we have received so far. So much so, that if the sale goes through, my parents would most likely ask you to sell their property off the back of my recommendation.- 6th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Deni at Reed Rain's Chapel House provided outstanding service. Liam was always sending me up to date properties on the market and even helping me out out of hours! Him and his team worked effortlessly to find my the property for my first mortgage. And if it wasn’t Liam recommending Chris Walsh as the broker/advisor then I’d of found the whole process much more stressful. 27th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Put an over the asking price offer in the same day we viewed a property and they never bothered to get back to us whether it had been accepted or not. Not good service at all for seller or buyer. I'm not convinced they've even passed it on to the seller. Would not recommend

However Harvey provided great support throughout the process and ensured the transaction came to a close with always a positive attitude. Particularly the unbiased support we got from Harvey as buyers towards a short term let due to delays in buying the property was the most helpful. Highly recommend! Thanks Harvey!
