7th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)I’ve been renting with Metro Residential for about a year and a half and honestly can’t fault them. Sophie’s been great the whole time — always really helpful, quick to reply, and sorted everything out perfectly whenever needed. Moving out was super easy as well, everything got sorted super quick and easily with her help. Been extremely happy with Metro Residential during my stay and thanks to Sophie for all her help throughout. ??????
16th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Cleanliness that you have tried to manipulate the conversation over on repose to our previous review that is not the concern we have raised. Cleanness does not make a property suitable to live in, and simply adding cushions or wall decorations does not reflect the true condition of the apartment. Before moving in during the viewing, we were assured that certain issues—such as blind replacements and floor mat will be repalced. However, after moving in on 9 January, we had to report multiple problems within a week, including broken switches, door handles, kitchen leakage, poor drainage in all sinks, damaged drawers, broken hooks, and faulty blinds. It clearly implies that it wasn’t suitable for living and the basic checks has not been done, all the company did is used tenet as cash machine. Most of these issues were not resolved promptly. We were informed that the landlord was “out of pocket” and that some repairs would only be completed after rent was paid. As a result, many of the problems were only fixed by March, after follow-ups from our side. Additionally, the bathtub required replacement, which was identified by building management. While this may not have been the your fault, but the repair took over a month due to poor communication is definitely the agency fault. Bathroom was not used over a month and to get it fixed we have been required to invest significant time from to get it resolved. The issue with the blinds is still unresolved and has now been refused based on the agreement which is clearly a lie from the sales agent as it was promised during the viewing and now we have been forced under the agreement and telling that landlord is out of pocket. Overall, it has been frustrating to live in a property where we constantly have to follow up on pre-existing issues, spend our time and agent try to shut us down unethically. #move in date 9 Jan. 2026 and all the attachment proof of repairs reported on 13 Jan, 2026. Clearly company doesn’t do any pre checks.

22nd Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)I once excellent company completely wrecked by its new owners. The company used to be very easy to communicate with, now its easier to communicate with the dead. They use to be polite, but Northwood regard tenants as an inconvenience. I had eight years of good experiences but the ninth is a mess, and its all because Northwood, the new owners, are terrible. It must have taken a lot of effort to transform a great company into one I am now writing a one-star review for on every platform I can find, but they managed it.

17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We have used Dolce Vita services multiple times, be that for our own apartment search, for corporate apartment as well as for short stay and they always exceeded our expectations. Chris and the team have been extremely helpful with suggesting the locations, helping us with furnishings, negotiating the contract with landlord and even finding the place that accepts pets. Just a pleasure to deal with when looking for your next home!

We had arranged a viewing for a flat, but on the day of the appointment, we were informed that the property had already been let agreed. This was very frustrating, as no prior notice was given. Additionally, the staff member we spoke to on the phone was rude and came across as unprofessional, which made the situation even more disappointing.- 15th Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)I was sold Westminster Park in Liverpool (Sourced Development Group) through Alesco, working with ERE Property and Will Kettel. Will Kettel presented the investment as secure, claiming the developer had an impeccable and traceable record. Alesco endorsed this, selling me confidence and security. In reality, Sourced Development Group has a traceable record of failings — they cannot even start projects, let alone finish them. Alesco has proven incapable of delivering any real update. They have no communication with the developer, and ERE Property is exactly the same. Investors are left in the dark, receiving vague answers or silence, with no verifiable information on the project’s progress. This is the closest one can be to being legally scammed. I committed funds in good faith, but what I received was misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and no accountability from either Alesco or ERE Property.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

For some reason, she picked up the phone but didn't say 'Hello', and then pressed me for the full postcode of a property listed on Rightmove even though the agent hasn't listed it. She clearly struggled with English and simply fobbed me off. Woeful agents.
26th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)As a landlord I would say you should avoid dealing with Taylor Jackson. They were dire at best. Totally incompetent as letting agents. Problems we had: The tenants rent was agreed but he never paid the full amount. They falsified a Tenancy agreement, we only found this out when we sold the property. They did not inspect the property. They held onto money the tenant did pay, we only found out by accident that the Tenant had paid, I am fairly sure had we not found out they would never have paid and their accounting system is dreadful. They had work carried out for us and we did not get any invoices just a charge. The tenant owed 18 months rent in the end so we sold the property. Good riddance Taylor Jackson!

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

15th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Absolute scam. Stay away from these crooks. I gave this company full management of my rental property. The tenants paid their rent on time every single month for three months, yet this company has stolen nearly three months of my rent and transferred nothing to me. They have lied repeatedly — first bank holidays, then accounting problems, then sick manager, then claiming their company is being taken over. They are now trying to change their name to escape complaints. Classic scammer tactics. I am now in overdraft and cannot pay my mortgage because these thieves are holding my money hostage. I will be taking legal action immediately and exposing them everywhere. Total fraudsters. Do not trust them with a single penny.
