6th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)In all our dealings with Jackson-Stops we have always found them to be honest, helpful, and extremely realistic on house prices, not over inflating prices just to win business. They also give every purchaser a fair chance organising proper viewing schedules for properties. All the staff are very knowledgeable about each property also so whether I get Ginny, Alex, Victoria or another member of staff I always get my queries answered if not immediately then certainly the same day. An extremely refreshing and much appreciated attitude from an estate agent!

16th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)Everyone I dealt with from start to finish on completion were friendly, highly professional and maintained regular contact with me throughout. The high standard of the house details attracted several companies from outside wanting to market my property. I would not hesitate in recommending the whole team at the Gillingham office to others. I am thankful I chose them .

All staff dealt with have been incredibly unpleasant, contentious, arrogant, unprofessional, unknowledgeable and unhelpful. This includes the practice manager who failed to respond appropriately or professionally to a complaint. I am contemplating taking further action.

Great energy, really focused, well thought out strategy/campaign. Viewers even before we went online, offers within the first week, superb negotiation, even better negotiation after the results of the buyers survey (!). Great after sale care. Excellent value for money- saved us many thousands during the renegotiations in fact. Put our needs first. Cannot recommend highly enough. 10/10

An honest and extremely helpful discussion on what's involved and how to proceed. Highly recommended as a point of contact and will not hesitate to use should the need arise.
