11th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)Not great - would not use again. Did nothing to find interested parties in first few weeks until I had to call a senior team member to complain... Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.

Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. I met an Estate agent from Remax. Gillian, a wonderfully warm mannered lady, who seemed dedicated to ensuring things ran as smoothly as possible. Gillian was very knowlegable about the property market, selling, buying in Scotland, I learnt so much from her, as Scotland is completley different to England. All my questions, anxieties and concerns were delt with swiftly, she displayed a great deal of kindness and understanding. A very dedicated estate agent!. At every step in the process I was kept informed of progress with almost daily updates. Once the flat was sold and the date of completion delayed they told me not to worry about their fees.<br>I cannot recommend the staff at this branch enough for their professionalism.

24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)I genuinely cannot recommend Wrights of Campsie highly enough.<br><br>My selling journey was far from straightforward. My first sale unfortunately fell through at a very late stage, which was incredibly stressful, but throughout the entire process the team were exceptional. They went above and beyond at every stage — keeping me informed, offering reassurance when I needed it, giving honest advice and, most importantly, making me feel that they were genuinely invested in getting me to the finish line.<br><br>When my first sale fell through, they immediately picked everything back up and worked incredibly hard to get my property back on the market (within a day!) and under offer (two days later!) What could have been an overwhelming experience was made so much easier by having a team who were proactive, responsive and always seemed to be one step ahead. Debbie (in particular) helped keep me grounded when the stress levels were getting high!<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. I never felt like just another property on their book. They knew what was happening with my sale, kept in touch throughout, chased things when necessary and were there for all the ups and downs along the way.<br><br>Absolutely worthy of five stars!!!
