27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)As a commercial cleaning company, we deal with many letting agencies across central Scotland and beyond. We work closely with Slater Hogg Falkirk amongst others. Garry and Ryan (SHH Lettings Team) really stand out from the crowd. Communication is always clear, professional, and timely, which makes coordinating EOT cleans and property access very straightforward. From a contractor perspective, both are proactive, organised, and a real pleasure to deal with. Any issues are handled efficiently and fairly, and they make working together easy and stress-free. We value the relationship greatly and would happily recommend them to landlords and contractors alike.
1st Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)From the first phone call with Stephanie, who was a breath of fresh air, to the initial meeting with Emma, who was informative, confidence inspiring and took on board exactly how and what we were looking for, with the sale of our home. O'Malley stood out compared to the other agents that we had seen, and the service has been impeccable. Kept us informed at every step and the house sold within 6 days! Would highly recommend them! The sales progression app, they use, is genius! All round a 1st Class service, but its the staff that made it a pleasurable experience. Thanks again Emma!
2nd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about the Burnside Allen and Harris team! This was my 1st time buying and selling (which they completed both for me) on my own and they all kept me right from the very start until the very end. A fab team altogether, however, Pamela was my point of contact and Craig was my Mortgage advisor and both were on the ball, kept me right and were very patient with all my questions. We didn’t have the smoothest of Sales and Nicola was there for us throughout and we got there in the end. The whole team was very professional when dealing with the viewing stage- couldn’t have been better!

From listing to sale in just under three weeks, they guided us with expertise, care and professionalism. Selling a family home is never easy but we felt completely supported every step of the way. Highly recommend Team Remax!- 21st Nov 2024 (1 year ago)We had quite a few estate agents out to the house for a valuation but from the minute Scott entered our house and we began to discuss the house and valuation we felt he was honest, approachable and most of all being the sellers of our much loved house he listened. At no time did we feel pressure or an obligation to secure him as our agent. May I also add that when contacting the Glenrothes branch and speaking to the rest of the team they also were very approachable and no amount of questions were to much. I cannot rate Slater, Hogg and Howison highly enough.

Grant Hassan was particularly helpful & found him to be very calm, effective, efficient & empathetic in a very emotive situation. From our initial enquiry about letting our property, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and thorough due diligence in securing suitable tenants. Ongoing support has been excellent, with all queries handled promptly and efficiently. We look forward to continuing our business relationship with them.

23rd Aug 2024 (1 year ago)I used Belvoir to rent my property out for five months whilst I went travelling and I was so impressed and happy with every single staff member I came into contact with, special thanks to Sophie and Katy for finding tenants even though it was a short let and the amazing communication I experienced throughout and the support given by Katy when the tenants proved to be challenging at times was very much appreciated, thank you Katy for your professionalism, your patience, your unwavering support and your excellent communication skills, If I rent my flat out again I want you to look after it for me, I trust you 100%!

9th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)At Bohome, Gary, Sharon and the team have a very personal way of dealing with you, more like another member of their team than a customer. The photographer used is also superb and the pictures/video came out really well. Friendly, helpful and informed they explained everything well. They demonstrated open communication with both me as a seller and my buyers. Their use of social media was really helpful in the advertising process. My house sold very quickly, within a few days of being on the market. I would 100% recommend Bohome to support the sale of your house. I will use them again if I decide to move again. Helen, Hamilton

His approach is entirely customer-focused, and his level of service goes far beyond what most agents deliver. He recently sold a family property that was deeply sentimental to me, and the care he showed throughout the process was exceptional. Scott personally handled everything from selecting the photos and writing the listing content to conducting every viewing himself. The result was a sale handled with real understanding, tact and professionalism. From his first valuation and market guidance to achieving nearly 10% over the Home Report value, every part of his work was first class. Scott is a pleasure to work with, outstanding at what he does, and my go-to estate agent in Scotland. I’d recommend him without hesitation.
6th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I was not a tenant or landlord but had the misfortune to have dealings with their property sales people. Despite multiple attempts to get them to pay me a couple of hundred pounds that they owed me they did not respond, that despite visiting the office on a number of occasions and also emails and phone calls. Highly unprofessional I would not recommend dealing with Belvoir Aberdeen.

Our property got viewings immediately and was sold at a great price within 3 weeks. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone looking to sell their home.
