From the very first contact, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They guided us through every step of the process with clarity and confidence, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. Their communication was excellent — we were kept informed at every stage, and no question ever felt too small. They clearly know the local market inside out and gave us fantastic advice that helped us achieve a great result in a short space of time. What really stood out was how personable and proactive the team were — they truly went above and beyond. You feel like you’re dealing with real people who genuinely want the best for you, not just ticking boxes. She was realistic and honest and gave us telephone feedback personally after each viewing as well as updating the app. The whole team were helpful and friendly when we phoned. They helped us achieve a quick sale and move on with our lives. Highly recommend.

From the very first visit to view the property, the team were professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. They arranged the photos quickly, made the whole process feel effortless, and set up viewings to suit our specific times and dates, which took a huge amount of stress off us.<br><br>Throughout the sale, they kept us fully up to date with every development. We were informed of offers promptly, and after closing they took the time to walk us through each one so we understood everything clearly. Their communication was consistent, reassuring, and always helpful.<br><br>Every member of staff we dealt with was fantastic — supportive, organised, and genuinely invested in making the process smooth for us. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Residence to anyone selling their home.

Ryan, Julie and Lesley could not have a done more to help as I was selling from afar ( Aberdeen ). 22nd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)I used Harper MacLeod services for my recent separation / divorce and firstly, can say that I can't recommend them highly enough! Divorce is a minefield for people who have never been through it but Harper (and more specifically, Grant) really reduced my stress load. All the legal jargon was cut through and things explained simply, making the whole process so much easier. Grant assisted me in getting a satisfactory outcome and I couldn't have done it without him and Harper. I am extremely grateful for the highly professional services the provided me and just speaking to me like a normal human being, with compassion and willingness to get the result you want. Harper will be my first point of contact, should i require legal services in the future and I honestly urge anyone to contact Harper, if they need Legal help, they won't let you down.
