O'Malley stood out compared to the other agents that we had seen, and the service has been impeccable. Kept us informed at every step and the house sold within 6 days! Would highly recommend them! The sales progression app, they use, is genius! All round a 1st Class service, but its the staff that made it a pleasurable experience. Thanks again Emma!

A special mention has to go to Kim, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond, had a clear strategy and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, a brilliant service and a genuinely positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and effective estate agent.

Afterwards we were contacted throughout the sale from Ellece, who was an absolute star and could not have be more helpful throughout the process. So glad we chose residence.

I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to sell a house as they handled everything up to handing keys over to the buyer. They even facilitated some requests after the sell was complete above and and beyond what they should've. Great Estate Agent and a big shout out to Tain, who handle my property.

Ryan, Julie and Lesley could not have a done more to help as I was selling from afar ( Aberdeen ). Scott came out to value our home and was honest, realistic, and clear in his advice, which we really appreciated. Anna Kaylin and Lindsey were also fantastic—friendly, supportive, and always ready with sound guidance throughout the process. Lindsey gave us sound advice when we hit a snag with our buyer and this advice was spot on. Their professionalism and approachability made everything feel straightforward and stress free.

When we viewed the flat, it looked absolutely stunning, and Zoe showed us around and made us feel very welcome. She was friendly, professional, and always quick to reply to emails throughout the entire renting process. Her communication and support made everything smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a home.

I met an Estate agent from Remax. Gillian, a wonderfully warm mannered lady, who seemed dedicated to ensuring things ran as smoothly as possible. Gillian was very knowlegable about the property market, selling, buying in Scotland, I learnt so much from her, as Scotland is completley different to England. All my questions, anxieties and concerns were delt with swiftly, she displayed a great deal of kindness and understanding. A very dedicated estate agent!.
