1st Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Slades Bransgore were excellent. Nathaniel who dealt with this sale was very helpful. We completed three months from when they started marketing this property. My only concern with Slades as a whole was the valuation by another branch which was too optimistic. I only achieved 83% of the original valuation in October. Bransgore Slades were more realistic. I achieved 92% of their valuation.

From the very first contact Simon, Rachael and their team have been excellent - complete professionals, incredibly capable, experienced and friendly. They did a brilliant job - transparent communication, no stress, no fuss - I felt 100% confident at every stage. We sold quickly in a challenging market - wonderful people, highly recommended.

We went through the disappointment of waiting then losing a property and thought we may end up returning to the Midlands. The team in Dartmouth continued to suggest properties which may have worked for us and were always available for 2nd and 3rd viewings, with a smile. We finally found the property that was worth the wait and managed to complete in 7 weeks. The whole Team were really supportive and responsive but a special mention to Oscar & Michele (now retired). Couldn't have got to where we are without you. Big Thankyou

1st Aug 2026 (10 days ago)I had a great experience with Hose Rhodes Dickson while securing a rental property on the Isle of Wight. The team was extremely helpful, professional and responsive throughout the whole process.<br><br>I especially appreciated how accommodating they were on the day I arrived. As I was travelling over by ferry, they kindly stayed later than usual to wait for me and make sure I was able to collect the keys and enter the property that day. That extra effort really meant a lot and made my move to the Isle of Wight much less stressful.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Hose Rhodes Dickson to anyone looking to rent a property on the Isle of Wight. Thank you for going the extra mile!

We also received a really lovely moving in box full of goodies which was a lovely surprise. I cannot recommend them enough!

Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.

He assisted us in deciding on the features we were most concerned about. When things were moving slowly he offered new perspectives. After making an offer, Ashley managed the negotiations and kept us informed about progress, always returning calls and emails without delay.- 9th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Jenny and Georgia did a great job in what turned out to be a difficult sale due to an interim death certificate.
