24th Sep 2026 (1 day ago)I have been recently looking for the properties to buy in West Sussex.<br>I had a opportunity to view some properties/ flats in Hambrook, Southbourne,etc. Vincent from est.agents/ Cubitt&West/ Emsworth arranged for me the viewing of these properties.<br>I was also impressed,that Vincent was listening and interested what type of property I would like to see and we were also talking about the area where the property was situated/ countryside,nature. The communication with Vincent was brilliant too.<br>Thank you.

I spoke with Ryan Gough when enquiring about a rental property I had seen on their website however it had gone. He then spoke to me about similar ones in which I had a few questions about. Even though he was in his first week he found all of the details about the property and responded to all my questions. He went above and beyond to find out if the property’s I was interested would accommodate pets. Very professional.

Rachel is a highly dedicated Agent who is attentive and committed to her clients. Henry Adams are the most effective agents in the area.
22nd Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Jamie Turner (Morgage Advisor) based at Fox and sons Lancing has been exceptional throughout the process of selling and buying my new property. He has gone above and beyond assisting with my sale and then helped secure and negotiate the purchase. The Mortgage and financial advice I have received has been fundamental for me to proceed. Jamie continues to assist with the mortgage offer and keeps me updated regularly. I have found the whole process alot less stressful as Jamie has been communicating and advising throughout. Jamie is professional and conscientious , I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying a property.

They kept us updated throughout, responded quickly to queries and were always on hand to help.<br><br>Their expertise and personal approach gave us great confidence and made what could have been a stressful process so much easier.<br><br>A huge thank you to Charlie, Chloe and the whole team for going above and beyond. John and David are both friendly and very professional. All enquiries were dealt with promptly. We would thoroughly recommend using their services.

Toby was helpful straight away by also showing us a second property which he thought would be suitable. We ended up going for this home! Nothing went smoothly due to our solicitors but Toby always helped up and reassured us! He was a great help to have! When he was off anything we needed Jamie was also there to help.<br>Overall great experience and would recommend them to anyone! Super professional and friendly!

Apart from that woman, they’ve put two completely incompetent people there who have absolutely no idea what the other person is doing. You tell them something, they don’t understand you, and they don’t understand each other either. It’s just ridiculous. Honestly, I have nothing more to say about an agency that gives those properties to those people and then expects tenants to pay rent.

11th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.
23rd Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)A brilliant local agent. Super friendly, professional and able to provide multiple viewing despite a challenging market. Then once we had a buyer they really made the difference, staying focused and helping us, and our solicitors, to iron out all the inevitable problems that develop during the process of reaching exchange. We couldn't speak highly enough about them and will certainly use them again in future if we ever have the need.

Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.

I have had the pleasure of working with Lloyd Young Homes over a couple of projects and can’t thank them enough. They’re excellent at what they do, the service is exceptional and they consistently deliver results. As Lloyd’s own business he is really invested in ensuring that customers get the best outcome, going those extra steps as second nature, and all without the stuffiness or intimidation you get from others. They respond quickly with all the information you want and need.<br><br>I know where I am going when I next sell/rent my property. Very highly recommended.
