20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Very unresponsive i had left a few voice mails and messages to staff and never had a reply, They will badger you to use the in house solicitors Do not use the in house solicitors you will still be charged if the sale doesn't go though.

Very little contact from them, only 2 viewings in that time, 1 of which the feed back wasn't very good as were told that buyers were looking for something our property offered but told they couldn't gain access to show.

9th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Tried to purchase a park home through this agent..absolutely shocking attitude to detail meant travelling to visit a property in Devon from Kent was an utter waste of time...twice!!. They have since added a comment on the on line details advising people of the fact that there are park rules and other things to bear in mind - all the things we found out about by accident

We went through the disappointment of waiting then losing a property and thought we may end up returning to the Midlands. The team in Dartmouth continued to suggest properties which may have worked for us and were always available for 2nd and 3rd viewings, with a smile. We finally found the property that was worth the wait and managed to complete in 7 weeks. The whole Team were really supportive and responsive but a special mention to Oscar & Michele (now retired). Couldn't have got to where we are without you. Big Thankyou

Due to issues with our solicitor the latest sale was very stressful but Ian's years of experience shone through and he always put us at ease whilst pushing the sale along. The whole team is welcoming and friendly and always have a smile on their faces. If you are selling a house in the Plymstock area we highly recommend using Ian and the team.
