30th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Rude and aggressive staff. Black mold everywhere and several basic utilities that don't work but they won't fix. Extortionate rent, constant inspections where they bully and harass you for things THEY haven't fixed. Unfair terms in the contract that could be challenged in court if all my money didn't go to rent. House falling apart. No sealing so house constantly letting in cold, heat, smoke, and bugs. Woodlouse, spiders, ants and slugs. Given over in a complete state. Nothing but rudeness and spitefulness from staff when I want to live in a home that won't kill me. Gor kicked out cuz the house is suddenly on sale. These people are the most vile, disrespectful people imaginable. Don't rent from them unless you want a migraine and don't mind living like a squatter. Didn't even get the deposit back after doing everyrhing they asked, being charged to repair things that were problems when I arrived, so obstensibly they are pocketing the money, not fixing the issue, and then continuing to steal money from tennants to "repair" issues that they never actually repair. Evil people, demons in suits. Avoid.
20th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very unresponsive i had left a few voice mails and messages to staff and never had a reply, They will badger you to use the in house solicitors Do not use the in house solicitors you will still be charged if the sale doesn't go though.

Howard is extremely experienced and knowledgable about his sector and he is surrounded by a delightful team who are professional and great communicators. Moved agents and in two weeks - sold.- 9th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Kandi Shaw, who manages the Sales Department at Collaton Park for Marchand Petit could not have been more helpful in providing information and guiding us through the sales process. No matter what information we needed she would always come back to us within a very short space of time and if she didn’t know the answer she would put us in touch with someone who could.<br>Kandi was always efficient, friendly and reliable and was a great help in getting us to understand and complete the paperwork.

12th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Very little communication. Took 2 weeks before a for sale board was erected. Property particulars were wrong. They told us that we had not been very accommodating to allow people to view. There were no viewers!

We went through the disappointment of waiting then losing a property and thought we may end up returning to the Midlands. The team in Dartmouth continued to suggest properties which may have worked for us and were always available for 2nd and 3rd viewings, with a smile. We finally found the property that was worth the wait and managed to complete in 7 weeks. The whole Team were really supportive and responsive but a special mention to Oscar & Michele (now retired). Couldn't have got to where we are without you. Big Thankyou

Then once we had a buyer they really made the difference, staying focused and helping us, and our solicitors, to iron out all the inevitable problems that develop during the process of reaching exchange. We couldn't speak highly enough about them and will certainly use them again in future if we ever have the need.
