I’m asking people to be take care of any details while dealing with this agency!<br><br>They don’t support you with maintenance and once you finish the contract make sure to call them because they don’t give any support or leads to take an advantage on the tenant and let him extend some days with fees!<br><br>I finished my fixed contract with them and 2 days before I depart from Exeter I called to see what shall I do and they told me no you have to extend one more month! I told them no one emailed me and helped me regarding this and they were like you must pay!<br><br>We gave back the apartment clean and tidy and left the keys inside the same day they were having viewing for another tenant and we left the keys inside with them and they left it and emailed us 7 days later that we must pay 310£ one week rent because we didn’t give the keys to the office!<br><br>Also the cleaning fee even though the apartment is super clean they charged us big amounts im sure 80% of it is considered profit as well as their poor performance in maintenance and helping tenants to live in a comfortable place.<br><br>If you are forced to deal with them just focus on your rights and the contract especially.

1st Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Theresa has been absolutely wonderful, and the entire team at the Teignmouth office have been nothing short of legends.<br><br>Over the past two years, I’ve dealt with many letting agencies and, unfortunately, had more bad experiences than good. Dart & Partners have been a refreshing exception. They have been kind, responsive, professional, and, above all, genuinely human. From the very beginning, I felt like I was being treated as a person rather than just another bank account.<br><br>They went above and beyond to help me find a home, and despite the incredibly competitive rental market, they found the perfect house that ticked every single box on my wish list. What impressed me most was that they actually listened to what I wanted. Not a single other agent I dealt with did that.<br><br>I can’t recommend Theresa and the whole team at Dart & Partners highly enough. 30th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I can't thank Connor and Millie enough for all the help and support they gave me during what was a very stressful time.<br><br>I was understandably worried about finding somewhere new to live. The team worked hard to find me suitable accommodation and arranged an agreement with my previous landlord that made the move much more manageable.<br><br>On moving day, they even helped me transport my belongings to my new home, which was far beyond what I expected and made a huge difference. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.<br><br>Throughout the whole process, they kept me informed, answered my questions, and treated me with understanding and respect. They made what could have been a very difficult experience much less stressful.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and reliable estate agent. Everyone has been amazing from The 3 Amigos Piers, Harrison & Jude to all the office staff especially Jodie & Debs.<br>We didn't get down to pick keys up till 7pm & Debs stayed in office till then so we could get into our new home. Going the extra mile which is a rarity these days.so a big Thank you to you all @ Taylors Paignton. ?????? ?????? ?????? ?????? ??????- 25th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)I was having an issue with my front door, Lillie was an absolute god send, she was friendly and efficient. It took less than 30 minutes from me making contact with her to the contractor fixing the issue.
12th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)A number of people had told me that Boyce Brixham were the worst estate agents in the town. I didn't believe it until I experienced it myself. The after sales experience is awful. Once exchange of contracts had taken place they could not have helped any less. They have a limit of 5 visits to the property between the offer being accepted and completion. As this took a total of 5 months this was not helpful. We also had to clear the property of furniture and they would not allow us access to dispose of it ahead of completion despite promises. I suggest using someone else.
9th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Average, poor communication, poor picture quality etc, didn’t really push the house via their platforms, wasn’t happy with the write up etc<br>Was told by the manager at the time I couldn’t put my house on for the price I wanted it to be on for…. I’m the customer right, never told on a couple of occasions that the viewing didn’t happen etc<br>Did like Deon the mortgage broker tho he was amazing<br>Went with another independent chain after 3 months and sold within 4 days<br>Would never go with a huge chain like this again- 20th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Very unresponsive i had left a few voice mails and messages to staff and never had a reply,<br><br>They will badger you to use the in house solicitors Do not use the in house solicitors you will still be charged if the sale doesn't go though.
20th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)As Executor, I have recently had to sell my Late Mother's home (my childhood home). We asked more than one Estate Agent to view the property before deciding on Stags. The reason for our choice was, in large part, because, on Luke's first visit, he had clearly researched the property in advance, and then gave both a quantitative and qualitative basis for his recommended asking price.<br>Throughout the sale process, Luke and his colleagues were very supportive. They kept me informed of progress, liaised with my conveyancer and were responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions.
17th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)When I assumed responsibility for the sale of my late mother's bungalow in Alphington I approached a few estate agents and Chris Parkes made the best impression, representing a firm with a long-standing connection to the area, rather than being part of a national chain with, possibly, their 'corporate approach'.<br>His assessment of the likely value and saleability of the property seemed soundly based - he used similar comparator properties to do this together with his assessment of the property situation and local environment. He also explained at what point in the process of dealing with my late mother's estate it would make sense to market the property.<br>It soon became apparent that the market at that time for the type of property I was selling was 'slow' and Chris was happy to discuss my options for trying to achieve a sale, without pushing me to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. In the event it took 6 months to achieve the sale but at no time did I feel pressured to significantly drop the price to get a sale to allow the estate agent to pocket the commission and move on.<br>I found Chris and his colleagues at the Fraser & Wheeler Cowick Street office to be friendly, professional helpful and efficient. The fact that I live 200+ miles from Exeter was never a problem as Chris and his colleagues were always available by phone or email exchange. They handled all of the viewings on my behalf - always contacting me in advance to check that a viewing could go ahead, which allowed me to inform neighbours keeping an eye on the property. I always received feedback following each viewing and it was apparent that Chris would maintain contact with any potential buyer who seemed interested.<br>When the sale was agreed, Fraser & Wheeler liaised with the buyers on my behalf throughout the process leading to successful completion. I was kept informed throughout.<br>I am happy to recommend Fraser & Wheeler based on the service I received as there is no aspect of this that I could fault.
