Having met Sharon when viewing an onward property, I was impressed with her communication and the experience as a potential buyer, which encouraged me to instruct KFH. Throughout my sale Sharon, Henrik, Sylvia and the team were pragmatic, reassuring, but also honest and direct in their communication, which was really helpful navigating a tricky sale in a difficult market. I felt they did the best they could to get me the right price and buyer. After offer acceptance, Sharon in particular closely followed the process and helped to coordinate between all parties to unblock obstacles. Offer to acceptance was pretty smooth sailing, and I credit that in large part to Sharon's involvement. Thank you KFH team!

8th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)One of the worst experience in letting properties.They are good on selling/buying properties,tricky and ignoring emails without response,lack of flexibility and not willing to communicate personnel at Abbey Wood branch!The handling of client funds in my situation has been particularly concerning.
16th May 2026 (5 days ago)Big Move are wonderful agents and are providing a top quality service. Their rep Aaron Lily is very knowledgeable about the area and potential clientele. He valued the property accurately and provided a good selection of excellent photos for the posting. He acted promptly and communicated well, answering all my queries and concerns. Without any of the shmooze from more well known agents, he provided all the bells and whistles promised by them anyway. I would highly recommend.
