31st Jan 2025 (1 year ago)The BEST estate agents! We've had a long journey with our house move and Foundations were incredible at every step. They worked hard to ensure we got the best deal for our house sale, lining up back to back viewings, following up with individuals, even spotting early on (before it became a much bigger problem!) when a buyer submitted an offer but then disappeared. It was almost no suprise when the house we'd offered on fell through and Foundations saved the day again, finding our dream house and securing the purchase. They really listened and understood our position and what we were looking for. I will be recommending them to everyone!

9th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)From start to finish we were supported and helps with the whole process! Anna was absolutely amazing at the start trying to answer all my questions (and I had lots). She was always an email away with super speedy and helpful responses! Isaac was amazing with our mortgage advice again helping with all our questions and getting back to us so quickly and dealing with my meltdowns in such a respectful and helpful manor! Karl was great showing us around the house and giving us advice when we needed it. The whole teams works so hard and I could not recommend them enough. Each person had such a positive impact on the whole process. No question was ever too silly or to small to them and nothing was to much to ask for! I am so grateful to everyone involved at Fox and sons on our property journey! Thank you all so so much!
16th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)We found the branch very organised and helpful. The company has a good communication system that keeps you up-to-date with developments. Once we found a buyer, they seemed eager to get the deal settle regardless of the low offer. This left us wondering why pay a higher commission when any other estate agency would have sold the property too for a much lower asking price. Anyway, we sold the property and it was all trouble free.

The team were professional, responsive, and helpful at every stage of the process. Communication was always clear and timely, and they made what can often be a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

8th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Adams Estates. The checkout process felt unfair and heavily biased against the tenant. Many items listed in the report were inaccurate or related to normal wear and tear after two years of living in the property. Some conditions mentioned, such as mould, marks, and general ageing, were already present when I moved in, yet they were still included as issues at checkout. There were also claims about missing items that were actually present, which makes it hard to trust the accuracy of the inspection. The property was not newly renovated when I moved in, but the expectations at checkout felt unrealistic. I am willing to pay reasonable charges where genuinely justified, but the overall handling of this situation has seriously affected my trust in this agency.

There were a few hiccups over the 7 months it took for us to finally exchange, but both Jeanette and Annabel were on hand the whole time to help us through it. Their friendly professionalism and knowledge of the buying and selling process was so reassuring, and we are both really grateful for your guidance. Thank you!

This is above and beyond just an estate agents, I couldn't have been helped anymore when getting my tenancy last week to the point Andy gave up his bank holiday weekend to spend in the office correcting a few issues that were no fault of the agents at all to make sure my moving day still went ahead just 48 hrs later. I honestly cant praise this estate agents enough. I would highly recommend 100%. Friendly and so helpful.

He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.
