I found all the staff very helpful and pleasant, and they supported me throughout the decade of being their customer.

As the liaison between my landlord and me, she goes above and beyond. She is kind, caring, and exceptionally proactive whenever an issue pops up, she gets things done without delay while remaining completely professional. She is so easy to talk to and makes the entire process feel seamless and manageable. Thank you Chloe.
10th May 2021 (5 years ago)Appalling experience, don't use these agents. No due diligence, no clear information, no urgency in anything they do. I've gone with other agents now having wasted 4 months on what should have been a straightforward no chain sale.

25th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)Josh instantly put us at ease and allowed us to take all the time we needed. Which included dealing with a toddler, new born and driving away to fetch another family member. He answered all our questions or took the time to find the answer. A very pleasant experience

18th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had to leave the UK and move to Australia due to family reasons, and were very apprehensive about renting out our very loved home. I wanted to find an agency that cared not only for its landlords but also its tenants, and through word of mouth, we were recommended Northwood. They managed our property completely under the rent guaranteed system which was a big weight off our shoulders knowing it was all completely taken care of, and they were proactive with maintenance requirements which was really important to us.<br><br>When it came time to sell, they were proactive and communicative. The house was on the market for a while but this was due to it being tenanted and off season so no fault of Northwoods and just the way the market worked! Eventually we found the perfect buyer and the sale process went smoothly. I'm almost sad to say goodbye to the folk at Northwood - thanks team especially Mark, Richard and Juliette! Best wishes for everything in the future!

10th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)Fantastic letting agency, specialising in very special homes along the river - really great service from beginning to end with Leanna, going above and beyond over the Christmas break (despite the agency being closed!) to help us get through the referencing process and get moved in within a couple of weeks. Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).

They are responsive, helpful, and genuinely take the time to help you find the right property to suit your needs.<br><br>They are also clear and transparent when dealing with landlords and repairs, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth tenancy over the years.<br><br>A big shout-out to Alex as he's a real MVP. His professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help made a real difference. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stadium Residential to anyone looking for a reliable letting agent.

He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.

28th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)Five stars – patient and tenacious<br><br>We accepted an offer on our property and finally completed six months later. The delay wasn't down to our agent, Stuart Lawson at Lawsons. It came from problems in the chain below us, which was consistently slow and disorganised, and turned what should have been a simple sale into a farce.<br><br>Despite that, Stuart stuck with it. He chased every party in the chain, week after week, and kept us informed even when things were convoluted for no reason. He never let the sale drift or lose momentum. It would have been easy for progress to stall completely given how things were moving elsewhere in the chain, but he kept pushing until we got there.<br><br>If you want an agent who treats a sale as their job to see through, not just to list and forget, Stuart Lawson at Lawsons is who I'd recommend.
