The quality of care, professionalism and support is outstanding, both for Landlord and Tenant. Dealing with Reece and Ian has been an absolute delight. If I could give them more than 5*, I would.

19th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)I would just like to mention Gerard Biagioni who helped me find new tenants for my office I own but also introduced a prospective buyer for the office as I was given to believe my tenants were leaving but they have now changed their minds. Gerard has in my opinion gone above and beyond helping me with what are very difficult tenants and tricky negotiations and has fought my corner every step of the way. I cannot recommend him highly enough and would most certainly engage him should I have to in the future.

He is incredibly sharp and knowledgable within his job, and was patient with me every step of the way. You can see he has a very kind soul which is rare nowadays, and it was a pleasure to work with him. Highly recommended

Immediately, they were showing clients around, providing feedback and secured a sale within a short time. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and chased when things slowed down a bit. Excellent.

I’m for more than 6 years with them all the time they are trying to resolve all the matters that we have on the property. For rent definitely the price are good so if you planned to move definitely give them a call they are 5 stars .

8th Apr 2026 (24 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Adams Estates. The checkout process felt unfair and heavily biased against the tenant. Many items listed in the report were inaccurate or related to normal wear and tear after two years of living in the property. Some conditions mentioned, such as mould, marks, and general ageing, were already present when I moved in, yet they were still included as issues at checkout. There were also claims about missing items that were actually present, which makes it hard to trust the accuracy of the inspection. The property was not newly renovated when I moved in, but the expectations at checkout felt unrealistic. I am willing to pay reasonable charges where genuinely justified, but the overall handling of this situation has seriously affected my trust in this agency.

He has a wonderful personably chic French manner unlike other agents and felt he really listened and tried so hard to find me the perfect property. Merci Beaucoup Alexandre!

I commend the way that the lettings department and the sales department worked so closely together to get the job done. I never had to explain or repeat information already given, and you were all on top of the process the whole time. This is exceptional service.

Having him as my sole point of contact from the initial valuation all the way through to exchange gave me complete peace of mind and made communication effortless.<br>Even in a tough market, he managed to find us a fantastic buyer. Martin was extremely proactive throughout, doing everything possible to keep the process moving smoothly. I would definitely work with him again and highly recommend him!

Her service is directed entirely towards accommodating the client's specific needs and circumstances, which could be complex. But her management knowledge and skills always find a solution - it is a quality of service we could only wish for nowadays. Would recommend her to anyone!
