13th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I've been renting a Brian Thomas property for around 1 year now and every interaction I have had has been positive so far. These guys have been fast, responsive and helpful for any request I've had on a range of issues: - new fridge freezer - new washing machine - mattresses - resolving issues with Haringey Council (pain) Chris especially is great. Takes a lot for me to leave a positive review for a letting agents in all honesty so well done Brian Thomas!
30th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Fantastic. Selling a house can be scary. I'd lived in my house for 33 years and process has changed so much. By Jackie and Marie held my hand the whole way. When I asked for advise it was given in a kind manner not a hard we know best way. Everything was explained so I could understand it. They even spoke to the solicitors for me. I truly felt in safe hand. Our house sold in a good time at the wanted price. Totally recommend them.

12th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)We were very confident Rsk was going to sell our flat. They kept trying to make us decrease the price. After 3 months we had an offer very close to our selling price. They dragged the selling process with the buyer for so long (another 4 months) and the buyer started to decrease the price just before the exchange date saying that he didn’t have enough money for the initial offer. Rsk did nothing about it. It seemed that they were working for the buyer and not for ourselves. So the buyer pulled out and we waisted 6 months in all. As some reviews mention they are liars. Their communication during the selling process was appalling. Zak seemed very good though, a shame.

19th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Everytime I enquire about a property for sell this agent is advertising. The first question they ask is 'Do you have a property for sell'. They take all your personal details and at the end don't give a date for viewing. This happened on several occasions, I have now stopped enquiring. I believe this is a fishing tactic to get peoples information and if they can find a person who is looking to sell. I would not ever buy or sell a property through them.

5th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)Came over to Batcheller Monkhouse on Saturday late morning around mid day as had an unusual day off to see someone about selling our cottage and was pretty disappointed no one there but your website says 9-1 no sign of anyone despite calling the number on website too so gave up and went elsewhere that was open. Matt.
13th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We recently completed a move through Kingsbury Estate Agents, and we couldn’t have done it without Joe. Our sale turned into a marathon lasting many months, but Joe’s persistence was the only reason we finally got over the line. While the process was often stalled by other parties, Joe remained proactive and stayed on top of the chain throughout. He was consistent, patient, and never lost momentum despite the delays. We really appreciated his steady communication and the fact that he stuck with us until the very end. Highly recommended if you need an agent who actually follows through.

Top communications in organising and informing of viewings and prompt actions once offers and eventual sale was processed. Excellent all round from the whole team.
