22nd Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I had someone come round the other day to look at renting out my property as I plan to move away from the area and the guy did not really say anything positive about my house. Have to say that the guy did not come across as being very helpful and unlikely to use their services in going forwards and will take my business elsewhere.

When viewing there was no pressure selling, no rushing, and answered all our questions fully and honestly. There were a few bits that needed doing, some done before we moved in and the rest whilst tenants, very happy with the results. When completing all relevant checks and paperwork this was as seamless as could be. Really good at communicating throughout. Thank you very much. We would highly recommend Clear Residential Lettings.

From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care. Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised. Having used another agency for a separate property sale, we can confidently say that Fenn Wright stands out as the best. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
