20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Pollyanna and her colleague Laurie-Anna were very proactive in letting me know that my tenants were moving on. They were then quick to market the property and found my current tenant very quickly. Pollyanna has been very polite and professional via phone calls and emails and I appreciate how patient Pollyanna has been when I have needed questions to be answered.

I highly recommend them.

It wasn't the most straightforward sale, had a long chain and we were managing it from overseas, but George was a constant throughout. He was endlessly patient and calm under pressure, always kept us informed, and his advice was honest and well judged. He steered a complicated process, and everyone involved in it, through to the finish with real professionalism and good humour. We couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)I am happy to talk about my experience with Hunters. Michael Silk and Sam Jamani are exceptionally helpful , wonderful and professional. I must give credits to Michael who stood by me when I had a gas leak , called the gas company and stayed up to midnight sorting out the problem.. He also chased them to finish the job completely. It is very important to have reliable people especially I am living abroad Michael and Sam helped me to find an excellent tenant and they were professional , patient and take the calls outside their business hours. All the respect to you. Most appreciated.

Chris and the team have been extremely helpful with suggesting the locations, helping us with furnishings, negotiating the contract with landlord and even finding the place that accepts pets. Just a pleasure to deal with when looking for your next home!

She was extremely efficient throughout the process and consistently proactive in chasing the sellers, the sellers’ solicitors, and our own solicitors to keep everything moving. They went above and beyond to rectify a problem following a leak and property damage at my rental property this year - supporting me and the tenants alike and sorting a range of issues in under a week.<br><br>Giving it was a stressful time I could not have hoped to work with a better partner than Marcus and the team and so grateful to keep working with them.
2nd Oct 2024 (2 years ago)I was unable to sell my flat for around a year with the mainstream estate agents but on our third attempt we decided to go with Pullen estate agents and sold within 4 weeks. Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!
