I could not have been more pleased with my eventual choice.<br>Jamie, Paul and Selina were a pleasure to deal with. From my initial meeting with Jamie, through their multiple visits to the house accompanying viewers and then buyers, I always felt confident that this was a team that worked hard, to provide a service that was about delivering the right result for the seller and buyer. And they are such nice people too!<br>I thoroughly recommend them.

They are really clear with all terms, great with communications and everything is done in such a courteous manner. By far the best estate agents I've ever used and highly recommended!

Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Julian thank you so much for your amazing service.

He made the entire house?hunting process completely stress?free, even taking me to view different properties after the original one I wanted had already been let by another landlord. Aron listened carefully to my preferences, took me to my current home, and ensured I secured the exact type of room I asked for. He also made sure I was able to move in within the timeframe I had given him. The Charles Knight team has also been amazing—truly a team that cannot go unacknowledged. It is clear that client satisfaction is one of their core values, and I have no regrets about finding my new home through them. Charles Knight are genuinely reliable agents to work with, and they make sure you are well taken care of throughout the process. 5th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I recently sold my house with colubrid and cannot fault them , my house was sold within 2 weeks. We had around 30 viewings in the first week with several offers. I was kept up to date at every stage, we had a buyer pull out and the next day they had another buyer at the same offer ready to go. Special mention to Joshua who did the valuation , he made me feel at ease straight away and I trusted he could sell the house quickly. The whole team are really friendly and easy to get in touch with.

Their advice has been very accurate and they clearly understand the local market really well. We were particularly pleased with the quality of the photographs/video, and their use of social media, much better than the competition! Thoroughly recommend them.
