29th Oct 2015 (10 years ago)Prestige probably has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when renting! Stayed in a lovely Twickenham apartment until unfortunately the owner sold it. Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)
4th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)I WISH I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS. FRANCIS HAS NO MORALES. HE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE. HE HOLDS BACK RENT THINKING THE OWNERS WONT NOTICE. AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENTS AT ALL COST.

I move from Belgium to UK last summer and I found my current house via Carter Jonas and I could not be more surprised with how supportive the members of this company are especially Anton Frost ,Lauren Howse , Leisa Jacson, Megan Roots and Eleanor Penney who I am extremely grateful for as they have been there for me constantly to answer any questions or queries I have no matter how small or silly. They have given me constant attention ,support ,help and reassurance and I couldn’t be more thankful. I am absolutely over the moon with the service, support and help I have received from Carter Jonas as a whole. I will definitely be using Carter Jonas in the future and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know who needs help with finding a property with the help of such lovely members of staff and I do highly also recommend to work with Carter Jonas if you are moving from abroad. She worked hard to show how it could look in a professional advisory stance. I was grateful to be listened to and helped along the way after residing here for over 30 years. I felt in safe hands with far superior help than the ‘pushy’ service I had from certain chain agents. As a single person of certain years, Charlotte Day Property looked after me. From the excellent photography and superb brochure - (and I can say I didn’t recognise my house as it was so good) Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and outstanding!
