4th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)We were never asked what we were looking for so they could suggest properties they had, we never had any feedback given from viewings we had, despite asking for it, when there was a few weeks of no viewings we had no communication at all, no keeping in touch messages or calls, then when we asked them to remove our house from their system they didn't answer, then after chasing eventually gave us a date, then that date passed and we had to chase for the removal again. Unfortunately, I feel that the bigger the company the less they care about customer service as they get paid either way, whether or not they sell the house (at least that's how it felt to us) really disappointed as first impressions were excellent, just a shame this wasn't kept up.

We were always kept informed of appointments, active in sending the feedback and offers through , and there was always good communication between all members of the staff and ourselves. The staff went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible for us as the clients. I highly recommend them.

Special mention to Andrew & Brychan for the initial listing and marketing stage and then the fantastic work from Zoe throughout the full process to completion. Highly recommended!

29th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were friendly, polite, and professional overall. Our house was on the market for about six weeks and we only had two viewings during that time, so in the end we decided to take it off the market as the experience wasn’t quite what we’d hoped for. One thing I didn’t like was that we met one estate agent for our valuation, initial consultation, and photos, but after that we never heard from him again. Instead, a different agent we’d never met carried out the viewings. This person didn’t know us or what we wanted potential buyers to know about our house, including specific details we’d shared with the original agent. We were disappointed as we expected the person we’d built rapport with to be the one doing the viewings

She didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear, she told me what would maximise my chances of selling at a good price. I followed all her advice and sold at a better price than I’d dreamed of.- 29th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)Sales team are very friendly and really personable when you can get hold of them. Unfortunately, it's a very popular estate agents and I find it can take about a week of calling to get hold of someone for a quick chat. I hope I've just been unlucky and things improve soon, but am looking to change estate agents soon I think. It's a shame, because the team are really lovely.

What you see is what you get with them old school but with modern touches. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
28th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)Absolutely shocking from start to finish. They call themselves an estate agency but honestly couldn’t run a kids party. Communication was poor, organisation was chaotic and I constantly had to chase for updates and answers. The whole experience was stressful, frustrating and completely lacking in professionalism. Simple issues took far too long to resolve and there seemed to be very little accountability throughout. I would strongly advise people to avoid using this agency based on my experience. Terrible!

Within 1 day of going live I'd had a viewing and an offer.<br>It's a dauntung process when selling and buying a property, but the team were able to guide me through and have always been very helpful.
