The staff went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible for us as the clients. I highly recommend them.
10th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I rented a property from diamonds Caerphilly for 3.5 years, and the experience was positive. Throughout that time they were supportive and any issues resolved promptly. The property itself was comfortable to live in. The pricing was fair and my deposit was returned without problems.

After using Belvoir for 2 years plus, spanning two tenancies, it’s time I reported how incredibly pleased I’ve been on balance. The sales team are hugely effective: they offered measured and realistic market appraisals; reach appropriate tenants; filter and offer what has so far been excellent advice based on their collective experience. I’m an active renter of my one property. I’m sure that can be annoying, but the team have responded to my thoughts and specific request with exceptional flexibility and grace. I’ve just received yet another exceptionally thorough mid tenancy report: it balances my direct interests re tenant care, with ensuring I’m aware of my own compliance issues. Where things have been drifting, Rhys responds excellently - which, for me is the true mark of quality. Things do occasionally go awry, so it’s how you respond that’s important. I’m exceptionally satisfied.
28th May 2026 (19 days ago)Absolutely shocking from start to finish. They call themselves an estate agency but honestly couldn’t run a kids party. Communication was poor, organisation was chaotic and I constantly had to chase for updates and answers. The whole experience was stressful, frustrating and completely lacking in professionalism. Simple issues took far too long to resolve and there seemed to be very little accountability throughout. I would strongly advise people to avoid using this agency based on my experience. Terrible!

Professional and great at getting people through the doors, he was available when I needed him, including on weekends and as on top of chasing the buyer and following things up. Having dealt with a few estate agents during the process of moving house who were nowhere near as competent, I would firmly recommend Red Dragon.

If I could put 0 stars I would as I have never experienced such awful customer service and unprofessionalism - Writing on behalf of my family member. From the start of our renting journey with Chris John to the end when they had been taken over by MGY it was just an absolute nightmare. Rude staff, no urgency whatsoever to complete repairs even when urgent and just generally unprofessional. You can be waiting days if not weeks for a response or update. Even once we vacated the property the company continued to be rude and unhelpful. AVOID AVOID AVOID

1st Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)So far the team at Hern and Crabtree have been excellent. Always ready to answer my questions and reassure me. The house sold quickly with three interested buyers which meant it sold for more than expected. Hopefully all will proceed smoothly but even if it doesn’t I trust the Hern and Crabtree team will be there to support the sale to completion.
