12th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! The property i moved into was disgusting, obviously hadn't been cleaned, and worn down to the bones. I didn't actually have running hot water when I moved in, but was promised someone would be out to fix it in the month I moved in..... three months later they sent someone to look at the boiler, and that person barely got it to limping. They're slow to respond and like to act like it's not their problem. I had reported multiple issues in multiple ways about the property only for my person to turn around and say there was never anything reported about that property. The only time they actually looked at having my very basic needs sorted was when I threatened to withhold rent and get legal advice. Go to anyone else. Literally anyone else. I'd recommend squatting before I'd EVER recommend these awful people. I'm so glad I didn't use them before and I wish I moved out of their property and into a maintained one earlier.

I was told they had sold a flat to their sister and were in the process of getting a mortgage. 5 months later I terminated my contact with Connells after I found out the so called buyers had not sold their flat and the mortgage had not been approved. Checking on detail, is the responsibility of the estate agent for their fee? I sold with Purple Bricks

1st Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)I cannot praise Meyers in Wimborne enough. Becky arrived at the property having researched sale prices locally for similar properties. She gave me a folder with all this information plus what to expect should I appoint Meyers. Once I appointed Meyers they exceeded any expectations in so many ways. Most of our communication was made through WhatsApp which meant it was easy to respond and refer back to information contained in the chat. Nikki, who was included in this chat, was as swift as Becky when it came to updating me with information. Particularly useful when I was out of the country for a month. My thoughts were always taken into consideration and I was advised accordingly. The advertising of the property was done well, with an instagram post, a video of the property and environs plus excellent photography. It was adverted across a number of sites to make the most of getting to as many views. I feel the cost was value for money and would definitely recommend Meyers of Wimborne to anyone selling in the area.

Christopher, Heather and Rob are in our opinion unparalleled in their determination to achieve a timely completion. Their high level communication coupled with the benefits of being an independent agent sets them miles ahead of their competitors. I wouldn’t sell with anyone else.

From start to finish, he was incredibly supportive, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to help.<br><br>There were multiple complications throughout the process, but Jack handled everything with patience, professionalism and a fantastic attitude. He was always available when needed, kept me informed, and did everything he could to make what could have been a very stressful experience as smooth as possible.<br><br>It’s clear that Jack genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in providing an excellent service. I’m extremely grateful for all his help and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for an estate agent. An absolute credit to the company!
