31st May 2025 (1 year ago)We used “Which” to find out the best performing local agents, of these we approached Greenwoods first as they have an office within walking distance. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient from the start, and Branch Manager, Phil Marsh, took us through every step of the process. From then on, Phil kept us informed and responded to all of our queries. He consistently provided all the assistance we needed to obtain a sale. We would recommend the Wells Road branch without hesitation.

11th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. 1st Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)I cannot praise Meyers in Wimborne enough. Becky arrived at the property having researched sale prices locally for similar properties. She gave me a folder with all this information plus what to expect should I appoint Meyers. Once I appointed Meyers they exceeded any expectations in so many ways. Most of our communication was made through WhatsApp which meant it was easy to respond and refer back to information contained in the chat. Nikki, who was included in this chat, was as swift as Becky when it came to updating me with information. Particularly useful when I was out of the country for a month. My thoughts were always taken into consideration and I was advised accordingly. The advertising of the property was done well, with an instagram post, a video of the property and environs plus excellent photography. It was adverted across a number of sites to make the most of getting to as many views. I feel the cost was value for money and would definitely recommend Meyers of Wimborne to anyone selling in the area.

A brilliant communicator and genuinely everything you’d want from an estate agent when selling your home. If you’re in the Bournemouth, Christchurch or Poole area and looking for someone to sell your property, we’d definitely recommend Justyn.

31st Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We engaged Martin Durber for the sale of our house and it was such a pleasure to deal with an estate agent that actually listens to the home owner as to what they want from the sale , Martin did what he said and sold our home on the first viewing , it's the total professional way he presents your home quality photos and videos and a honest description of the house, while the sale is proceeding you here very little from Tamar estates seemed a bit worrying at first after previous dealings with estate agents but as Martin said he's done his job selling it it's now the conveyancing side turn to do there job, if I need an estate agent again then yes I would use Martin at Tamar estates again it's a shame he's not nationwide as I've moved to the other side of the country now. Thank you Tamar estates for the best selling experience I've had and there's been a few house sales over the years
