7th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)I had a good experience working with the team at Richard Godsell. The market for the property was limited as it was a retirement flat so we had few viewings however it sold after a few months, marginally less than advertised but for an acceptable sum. I would consider the original valuation to be accurate. Communication with the agent was good and while the sale took longer than expected due to legal complications, the agent did a really good job of keeping the buyer, who we were at risk of losing, placated through a difficult period.

They provided a quality service from start to finish and were extremely efficient throughout the whole process.<br><br>Communication was excellent, and we were always kept fully updated on progress at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble, and Zoe was professional, helpful and approachable throughout.<br><br>Overall, we were extremely pleased with the service we received and would have no hesitation in recommending Red Deer Country to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.

During this time the whole team were so helpful arranging viewings around my schedule and keeping in touch during the purchase. A very personal approach to house buying which was much appreciated and a pleasure to experience.
