Gemma is really well-informed and up-to-date with current and pending legislation. I would highly recommend her to both landlords and tenants, especially given the increasingly complex landscape that we are all trying to navigate.

16th May 2026 (30 days ago)Absolutely disgraceful service and completely unprofessional. I arranged a room viewing in Gloucester on Monday for Saturday at 11:30am. They refused to do video viewings or even send videos of the property and insisted I travel in person from Oxford. I spent money booking train tickets and was already on the train Saturday morning when they suddenly called to cancel the viewing. Their excuse was that the tenant in that particular room was sick. However, they had already told me there were multiple rooms available, so there was absolutely no reason the other rooms could not have been shown. Then they started saying they were supposed to give notice to other tenants, something they clearly failed to do because of their own incompetence. This company wasted my time, money, and an entire day because they cannot organise basic communication properly. Professionalism is nonexistent. Avoid these people completely if you value your time or expect any level of reliability.

From the beginning, Sharon and the rest of the team at the Bishops Cleeve office were friendly, efficient and professional in all aspects of dealing with the sale. Having local knowledge and trusted by the park home site owner meant that the process went very smoothly, which resulted in a stress free sale. Small items were dealt with quickly and I felt I received great advice at all stages of the transaction. A potentially difficult task made simple thanks to Cotswold.

1st Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I instructed Douglas and Dean in early 2025 and was very pleased with the service received regarding the sale of my property. Andy offers years of experience and a pragmatic approach to selling. I felt that we had open and honest conversations and it was always easy to make contact. We also kept in touch at agreed periods to discuss matters of interest e.g. the housing market in general as it went and is still going through challenges in terms of supply outstripping demand. I never felt pressured into making any decisions. Given the competitive market I was delighted to sell. I did like the video provided as it would provide prospective purchasers with a really good feel for the property. Once the sale was agreed I was impressed with the seamless handling of the sale behind the scenes with a joined up team and in particular Nicola who was proactive in chasing solicitors and agents within the chain to keep things on track. I would not hesitate to recommend Douglas and Dean and thanks to the whole team Andy, Nicola, Jake and Tracey (and of course Milo??????)
