20th Jan 2026 (21 weeks ago)False promises, complete disregard to health and safety. Put me and my family through hell for 6 months. No communication, no help, no support. Just take your money. Rented us a property with sockets hanging off the wall, incorrect electrical tests. Hazards and mess all around the house and garden. Cost hundreds to put right out of our own pockets to move in and plenty off stress and annoyance during our tenancy. No help during tenancy. Multiple better estate agents around.

From the very beginning they demonstrated professionalism and a genuine commitment to ensuring the entire process ran smoothly. Nick was always available to answer questions, address concerns promptly, and provide clear guidance whenever needed. I would confidently recommend this company to anyone.
1st Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I would give this company 0 stars if I could. My mum was interested in arranging a viewing for a property and contacted the company several times. Each time, she was told that someone would get back to her shortly, but no one ever did. Despite multiple follow-ups, her enquiries were never properly addressed, and the property has now been sold. We are extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided. The lack of communication and failure to follow up made it seem as though our interest in the property was not taken seriously. When my mum called to express her disappointment, all she received was a brief apology with no real explanation or effort to resolve the issue. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to others. The service was unprofessional, frustrating, and far below what we expected.

7th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)unfortunately my experience with this agency has been consistently disappointing. Many of the properties they advertise look great and are reasonably priced, which is why I kept applying and contacting them repeatedly. However, despite numerous enquiries, I have never once been offered a viewing. The process is always the same: you call about a property, they ask you to complete an application form, you send all your information, and then you receive an automatic email saying someone will contact you shortly. But nobody ever does. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of communication. Other agencies usually contact applicants to explain whether viewings are available, whether the property already has too many applicants, or whether the application was unsuccessful. This agency simply ignores people after they submit their details. I even contacted them multiple times to ask for clarification, and each time I received the same scripted responses such as “we cannot offer viewings to everyone.” I understand that perfectly. The issue is not rejection — the issue is the lack of professionalism and communication. For context, I have a good rental history, and I currently rent a property that actually costs more than many of the properties I applied for through this agency. I am financially able to afford the rent, so the complete lack of response is difficult to understand. I also know several local friends (families) who tried to rent through this agency and had similarly negative experiences. They described the agency as completely unhelpful and said the process caused them a huge amount of unnecessary stress.If applicants are told someone will contact them, then they should receive an update, even if the answer is no. People are left waiting with no information at all. I also found the staff quite dismissive and unhelpful during phone conversations. Communication felt rushed and unfriendly rather than supportive. I genuinely feel this agency needs to improve its customer service, transparency, and communication with applicants. A simple update or honest explanation would save people a lot of time and stress but they usually say:”We have no time for that”!!!Actually it’s part of your job!
11th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I hadn't experienced the buying and selling market for a number of years, so to enter with an established firm I knew and trusted was essential. From the initial consultation to trying to sell, they were always responsive and helpful. As the chain (although short) started to become slow and non-responsive, they still tried to do all they could. I would particularly like to single out Terri for her attention to detail and empathy when dealing with the sale of my departed parents property. She really worked over and above to make it happen. Thank you.

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

I cannot speak highly enough of Jeremy at Connells - he works in an incredibly transparent and informative fashion and tries his best to be as available and responsive to queries as his diary allows - even worked flexibly out of hours to meet tight deadlines! It’s safe to say my sale and onward purchase would not be happening if it wasn’t for Jeremy, his support has been worth every penny any more!!! He has truly gone above and beyond his role and I am so grateful!!
