9th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Huge thank you to Callum and the team at Broadstairs for making the stressful experience of buying my first home a lot smoother than it otherwise would have been, I received excellent communication and was always greeted with a smile in the office. It can be hard to find the experience of paying for a service where people actually care about getting the job done and making it feel worth the time and money but this was one of those rare few. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property.

29th Dec 2020 (5 years ago)Fine and Country we ok but I feel they could have been better........ The photos were taken in the winter but the house didn't get marked until June because of the pandemic. We felt that the external photographs did not show the house at its best, this was also commented on by a couple of viewings, therefore we discussed this with Fine and Country - their response was "well you approved the photos" . In light of this and having a limited viewings I took it upon myself to take my own photographys with my iPad which I emailed to Fine and Country and requested the pictures to be swapped.
3rd Jun 2026 (20 days ago)After an initial false start we successfully sold our property ! A massive shout out to Billy, Sally ,Lucy and Keryn who all played their part in ensuring the sale. They were always helpful, communicative and professional. I will miss our chats .. but Sally probably won’t miss my stress calls!! Thank you all for everything, we really appreciate you all?????? What a truly wonderful experience selling my home with Wards Broadstairs in only 4 weeks! Billy , Lucy and the team have been so efficient , communicative and helpful from day one. This is a young team but they are truly keen and want to sell your property… a much better experience than I had with other agents in the town two years ago. I wish them continued success and would highly recommend them. Thank you Team Broadstairs ??????

27th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Dozy. Duplicitous. Asleep at the wheel. Unresponsive. Out of touch with the market. Unable to find genuine buyers or close deals. Premises on the high street doesn’t necessarily make for a good estate agent.
29th May 2026 (25 days ago)We have just exchanged contracts on a house marketed by Strutt & Parker, and Aaron Turner has been a delight to work with. Although he was acting for the vendor, he invested more time and energy in keeping our purchase moving than our own estate agents did with our sales. He is calm, measured, experienced, proactive, and an excellent communicator. When my partner’s sale fell through and we had to pull out of the chain temporarily, Aaron was pragmatic and constructive about helping to get things moving again quickly. Since then, he has worked hard behind the scenes to keep momentum going. Having dealt with mediocre and poor estate agents in the past, Aaron — and by extension Strutt & Parker — stands out as the best we have experienced.

10th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)I contacted Russell at first on looking at reviews . I had been with other agents for over a year without success . Within a week of signing up with Russell I had 4 viewings , one of which made an offer which resulted in an exchage of contracts in February 2026. It has been a bit of a long route due to my not finding a property but we got there in the end due to great service from Russell himself, Jenny and our progresser Kirsty who was on the case all the time. You will not go wrong with Russell , he is honest, straightforward, always available and goes that extra mile as do all of the team.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
