Libby recommended i see the property on Inchlaggan Road and Jackie helped with the entire process by getting back to very quickly with answers to my queries and with chasing the sellers and solicitors throughout the process. Begun An enquiry with one member of staff who informed me and my partner on the set rent and initial costs, which suddenly changed when the application started which we then decided to cancel due to ridiculous fees and lack of flexibility. Payment was taken for referencing which hadn't begun, I've requested a refund and have been waiting for almost 4 weeks now. I've spoken to the staff who have informed me that their accounts department hadn't actually received a request for refund despite me contacting them 6 times over the past 4 weeks. I've been informed it will take another 10 days. Totally unprofessional, unacceptable standards for working professionals.

Potential Vendor? No Chance. I called to ask about house prices and Charlie Hamilton said that he "did not have time" to help me. It was only when he ended the conversation and I asked for his managers name 'Paul Barnes', that he said that he will call me back in 10 minutes and he did... after that experience, I will not be dealing with this estate agent AGAIN!
The service was excellent. Reiss, the estate agent who we dealt with, was friendly and approachable. He always answered all of our queries and got back to us in a very timely manner. Highly recommend Connells for their great service.
Worst customer experience of my life. The attitude of the manager was shocking, and he even told me I was patronising. Not professional in the slightest. Let someone into view my property without my consent. I would not recommend them at all. Although my house sold within 24 hours, because it was a gorgeous house, the staff in branch had to do very little work for this to happen. My solicitor did most of the work, as my buyer refused to deal with the agents. AVOID!
I work closely with Belvoir Stafford on a day to day basis and they are an absolute delight! Special mention to Hannah Berridge, always on the ball, polite and hard working. Overall, a really professional branch who make my job easy!

Would avoid. Paul Taft (Director) provided false promises to entince me into entering into a tenancy agreement with them. Not surprisinly these promises were never fulfilled. Molly is very rude and i can see that this is not the first review which highlights her poor attitude and decorum towards tenants.
Molly comes across as if she is contractually well versed. Now with any ‘average Joe’ this might work well as an intimidating tool but not with me. Even when there is no contractual grounds to stand on, Molly still persists with being a nuisance Landlord’s representative with regards to the breach of peace, comfort and privacy. I would 100% avoid.
